足木足河黄石爬个体生殖力研究

1 材料与方法

1.1 样本收集

1.2 样本处理

测量并记录标本的体长(L)、体质量(M)、净体质量(去除内脏和性腺后的体质量,W)、性腺重(Wa)等常规生物学数据,长度精确至0.1 mm,体质量精确至0.01 g。取前5枚胸椎的脊椎骨,置于5%NaOH溶液中脱去肌肉和结缔组织后,在解剖镜下鉴定年龄,每尾鱼取10粒卵子用游标卡尺(精度0.02 mm)测定卵径后取平均值,实验重复10次。

1.3 数据处理

绝对生殖力(F)为卵巢中沉积卵黄的卵子总数;体长相对生殖力(FL)=F/L;体质量相对生殖力(FW)=F/W;成熟系数(GSI)=Wa/W×100%;肥满度(K)=100×(W/L3)。

实测数据经Microsoft Excel 2007和SPSS 19.0统计分析,个体生殖力和形态学指标间的关系以5种函数模型(线性函数、幂函数、指数函数、对数函数和二次函数方程)进行拟合,选取判定系数(R2)最大者为最佳回归方程,P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。

2 结果

2.1 产卵群体结构

383尾标本中雌性186尾,其中性腺处于Ⅲ~Ⅵ期的95尾。产卵群体由5~12龄个体组成,以5~8龄为主,分别占产卵群体总数的9.47%、33.68%、28.42%和16.84%。体长12.00~16.80 mm,平均13.81 mm±1.06 mm,以12.00~14.90 mm最多(占产卵群体的83.16%)。体质量25.40~79.93 g,平均51.97 g±12.08 g,以38.00~57.99 g最多(占产卵群体的55.79%);净体质量23.59~60.42 g,平均38.46 g±7.93 g;性腺质量3.50~22.98 g,平均11.03 g±4.38 g;成熟系数8.25%~42.77%,平均26.80%±7.74%。
