摘要：以项目驱动创新创业教育为视角，对新疆农业大学大学生创新创业教育实施情况进行问卷调查，采用结构方程模型（SEM）对创新创业教育体系构建及其效果的影响因素进行假设验证分析。结果表明，创新创业意愿、环境、实践和能力显著正向影响创新创业教育体系实施效果，且影响程度从大到小依次为能力、实践、环境、意愿;项目、课程、平台对培养大学生创新创业能力的影响最为显著。对此，提出了从建设项目引导体系、优化课程培训体系和搭建平台支撑体系3方面设立“三位一体”创新创业教育体系的战略，以期为社会经济发展提供更多创新型人才。

Abstract： From the perspective of project-driven innovation and entrepreneurship education， a questionnaire survey was conducted on the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for Xinjiang Agricultural University students. Structural equation model （SEM） was used to test and analyze the factors influencing the construction and effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education system. The results show that the willingness， environment， practice and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship have significant positive impact on the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education system， and the degree of impact from large to small is ability， practice， environment， willingness; projects， courses and platforms have the most significant impact on the cultivation of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability. In this regard， the strategy of establishing the "trinity" innovation and entrepreneurship education system from three aspects， construction project guidance system， optimization of curriculum training system and platform support system， is put forward in order to provide more innovative talents for social and economic development.

自李克強总理于2014年提倡“大众创新，万众创业”以来，创新创业在全国范围蓬勃兴起，目前已成为稳定和扩大就业的重要支撑[1]。党的十九大又把对创新创业型人才的培养提升到了经济发展的战略高度[2]，培养创新型人才迫在眉睫。大学生是促进大众创业、万众创新的最主要力量，正在成为中国创新创业未来道路行稳致远的活力之源[3]。而大学生创新创业教育是创新型人才培养的主要途径，大学生创新创业项目则是大学生创新创业教育的重要内容。

深化高等学校创新创业教育改革，从管理机构设置、人才队伍建设、课程体系优化、双创项目建设和双创平台搭建等方面进行体系研究，提出以创新创业项目驱动创新创业教育，通过项目、课程、平台“三位一体”的教育体系来创建新型大学生创新创业教育体系，以增强大学生的创新创业意识和创新创业能力，从而有效适应知识经济对新型创新创业复合型人才的迫切需求[4]。

1  创新创业教育

1.1  创新创业教育内涵

“创新”一词的提出源于美国的《经济发展理论》[5]。而中国最早提出创新观点的是著名教育学家陶行知先生，他提倡“创造教育”，在上海大学演讲时曾指出要“打倒传统教育，提倡创造教育”[6]。“创业”教育最早出现于欧美国家，教育的重点是通过举办大学生创业竞赛等相关活动来培养大学生树立创业理念[7]。中国的创业教育起源于第一次成功举办的“清华大学创业计划大赛”[8]。随着创业比赛的全面开展与推广，创业教育理论蔓延至全国各大高校，很多高校开始深入研究、探索进而大力推广创业教育。随着现代经济的发展，大学生就业形势愈发严峻，创新创业教育目前已成为全国各大高校以及整个社会培养新型人才的重要战略举措。
