摘      要：在理清体育素养核心概念与大学生体育素养培育原则的基础上，运用实地调查法和访谈法，以天津工业大学为例，对大学生体育素养的培育路径、效果与要求进行归纳分析，建构大学生体育素养的培育模式。该模式从对体育素养的概念把握出发，以大学生体育素养的培育原则为统领，以具体的运动项目为载体，以体育课程教学为主导，以课外活动组织和高水平运动队建设为辅助，采用多样化的体育活动开展路径，并通过“以点带面”的培育形式，进而达到培育大学生体育素养的目的。

Abstract： On the basis of clarifying the core concept of sports attainment and the principles of university student sports attainment cultivation， by applying field investigation method and interview method， by taking Tianjin Technology University for example， the authors summarized and analyzed the paths， effects and requirements of university student sports attainment cultivation， and established a university student sports attainment cultivation mode. Starting with grasping the concept of sports attainment， based on university student sports attainment cultivation principles as the guidelines， based on specific sports events as the carriers， based on physical education course teaching as the primary task， and based on extracurricular activity organization and high performance sports team construction as the assistance， this mode uses diversified sports activity development paths， and passes the form of cultivation developing from local cultivation to general cultivation， and then achieves the goal to cultivate university student sports attainments.

自2002年教育部印发的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》首次将“提高大学生的体育素养” [1]作为高校公共体育必修课的课程目标以來，“体育素养”这一概念开始受到学者们的关注。但现有关于体育素养和大学生体育素养的研究成果，多集中于对其本质与内涵的分析、测评方式的探索以及国外相关研究的引介等理论研究层面[2-4]。在国务院办公厅2016年颁布的《关于强化学校体育促进学生身心健康全面发展的意见》中将“全面提高学生体育素养”[5]作为总体原则之后，学生体育素养的培育工作正式成为了各级各类学校的一项重要任务，有关学生体育素养培育实践的研究也开始愈加被学界重视[6-7]。2018年9月，习近平总书记出席全国教育大会并讲话，指出“要树立健康第一的教育理念，开齐开足体育课，帮助学生在体育锻炼中享受乐趣、增强体质、健全人格、锤炼意志”[8]，再次强调了体育教育培育学生综合素养的目的与任务。……
