摘  要：消防安全工作作为社会安全工作的重要部分，对保障民生，确保人民生命财产安全具有重要作用。织密做实基层灭火单元，推动微型消防站建设，是实现防控力量全覆盖，确保火灾“早发现、早处置”的重要举措。文章从当前全国消防救援工作的实际出发，探讨微型消防站建设的标准和要求。

Abstract： As an important part of social safety work， fire safety work plays an important role in ensuring people's livelihood and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property. Weaving dense grass-roots fire extinguishing units and promoting the construction of micro fire stations is an important measure to achieve full coverage of prevention and control forces and ensure "early detection and early disposal" of fires. Based on the reality of fire rescue work in China， this paper discusses the standards and requirements for the construction of micro fire stations.

微型消防站是指在大型企業、农村村寨（社区）、城市综合体、公安派出所等场所内，设置有站房、有人员、有装备、有制度并集防火、灭火职能为一体的消防站，管理上实行全天候执勤，有火灭火，平时开展火灾防控和消防宣传。是以救早、灭小和“三分钟到场”扑救初期火灾为目标，依托单位志愿消防队伍、派出所民警和社区群防群治队伍建设的最小消防组织单元，是将灭火救援力量延伸到一线，实现消防救援力量全覆盖的有效途径，有利于整合消防安全管理资源，解决企业、消防安全重点单位、农村（社区）初期火灾扑救难题，对灭火救援工作至关重要。大型一点的微型消防站，可以协助临近单位和企业进行火灾扑救，建立完善微型消防站和区域联防组织联合检查、联合会商、联合演练、联合处置、联合宣传“五项联合”工作机制，不断提高社会单位火灾隐患自查自改、火灾自防自救和区域应急联动能力，推动社会火灾防控能力水平整体提升。
