【摘 要】 目的：探討随访对肾病综合征患者依从激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗的影响。方法：将我院2017年4月～2018年9月期间收治的76例肾病综合征患者分为观察组（家庭随访干预）和对照组（常规健康教育）各38例，观察两组患者治疗情况。结果：与对照组相比，观察组患者的治疗依从性（94.74%>76.32%）及其满意度（92.11%>71.05%）更高（P<0.05），而病情复发率（5.26%<21.05%）相对更低（P<0.05）。结论：随访工作的有效开展，对于肾病综合征患者依从激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗有着良好的帮助。

Abstract Objective：to investigate the effect of follow-up on the treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome with the combination of hormone and immunosuppressive agents. Methods： 76 cases of nephrotic syndrome patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to September 2018 were divided into observation group （family follow-up intervention） and control group （routine health education）， 38 cases each， and the treatment status of the two groups was observed. Results： compared with the control group， the treatment compliance （94.74% > 76.32%） and satisfaction （92.11% > 71.05%） in the observation group were higher （P<0.05）， while the recurrence rate （5.26% < 21.05%） was lower （P<0.05）. Conclusion：the effective follow-up work is helpful for patients with nephrotic syndrome to comply with hormone combined immunosuppressive therapy.

激素与免疫抑制剂联合应用是治疗肾病综合征的良好选择，可以有效控制病情。但在长期、持续的治疗中，会受到药物不良反应的干扰，影响到患者的治疗依从性。因此，医护人员应密切关注肾病综合征患者的治疗情况，需要做好家庭随访工作，使患者得到优质的护理服务，保持良好的遵医行为[1]。本研究探讨了76例肾病综合征患者的治疗情况，分析随访对于其遵医行为的影响。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 本组研究对象为我院2017年4月～2018年9月期间收治的76例肾病综合征患者，行分组对照研究（观察组和对照组各38例）。观察组患者男女比例为22/16，年龄范围为29～75岁，平均年龄（55.72±4.85）岁。对照组患者男女比例为23/15，年龄范围为32～77岁，平均年龄（56.49±5.19）岁。两组患者的基本资料对照相仿（P>0.05），本研究具有可行性。

1.2 方法 在对照组患者的院内治疗期间，接受常规护理和指导。观察组则是在院内治疗的基础上，实施家庭随访干预。成立专门的随访小组，负责患者出院后的跟踪随访工作。护理人员需要根据患者的院内治疗情况，考虑其家庭环境，制定个体化护理方案。护理人员可……
