【摘 要】 目的：探讨飞秒激光微小切口角膜基质透镜取出术的围术期护理。方法：于2016年06月--2017年06月间，在我院行飞秒激光微小切口角膜基质透镜取出术患者74例，为研究对象，并通过电脑随机的方式，分为常规与研究组各（n=37），常规组在围术期间施行常规护理措施，并在此基础之上，为研究组患者施行综合护理措施，对两组护理效果进行统计处理。结果：对比两组护理满意度，经统计分析发现，研究组高于常规组（91.89% VS 72.97%），组间差异意义显著（p<0.05）;对比两组并发症，经统计分析发现，研究组低于常规组（5.41% VS 16.22%），组间差异意义显著（p<0.05）。结论：患者在接受飞秒激光微小切口角膜基質透镜取出术治疗的过程中，予以全方位的综合护理措施，能够进一步提升患者对护理工作的满意度，且并发症发生率低，安全可靠，值得临床高度重视。

Abstract Objective：To explore the perioperative nursing of femtosecond laser mini-incision corneal stromal lens extraction. Methods： From June 2016 to June 2017， 74 patients who underwent femtosecond laser mini-incision corneal stromal lens extraction in our hospital were divided into routine group and research group （n=37） randomly by computer. Routine group received routine nursing measures during the perioperative period， and on this basis， comprehensive nursing measures were implemented for the study group and the two groups. The results were processed by statistics. Results：Comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups， statistical analysis found that the study group was higher than the conventional group （91.89% VS 72.97%）， the difference between the two groups was significant （P<0.05）; Comparing the complications of the two groups， statistical analysis found that the study group was lower than the conventional group （5.41% VS 16.22%）， the difference between the two groups was significant （P<0.05）.  Conclusion： In the course of femtosecond laser mini-incision corneal stromal lens removal， comprehensive nursing measures can further improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work， and the incidence of complications is low， safe and reliable， which is worthy of clinical high severity.

但近两年来，近视发生率的趋势，逐渐呈攀升态势，与用眼过度、电子产品、视力疲劳等，密切相关。临床通常采用激光手段，对近视的患者予以治疗。飞秒激光微小切口角膜基质透镜取出术因为创伤小、切口小等优势，在临床治疗近视患者中备受青睐，在治疗过程中，配以合理且有效的护理措施，对提升临床疗效，具有十分重要的意义。为探讨飞秒激光微小切口角膜基质透镜取出术的围术期护理措施，本次研究特此以我院收治的74例近视患者，为研究对象，现将具体护理措施，作如下总结：

1 一般资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 于2016年06月--2017年06月间，在我院行飞秒激光微小切口角膜基质透镜取出术患者74例，为研究对象。所有患者均自愿参与且签署知情同意书;年龄在18岁及以上，双眼散光度<-2.0D且等效球镜度≥-2.0D。排除存在其他眼部疾病、非自愿参与、年龄<18岁的患者。并通过电脑随机的方式，划分为两组，即常规组与研究组，两组分别占37例。

研究组中22例男性研究对象，15例女性研究对象，年龄18-45岁，平均（29.33±4.26）岁，等效球镜度数为（-4.88±1.33）D，柱镜度数为（-0.66±0.47）D，球镜度数为（-4.57±1.33）D。……
