一、英語书面表达命题趋势和方向

近年的英语高考试题集中体现落实立德树人的根本任务，体现英语学科的育人功能。同时，试题也具备一定的难度和较好的梯度，体现高考的选拔功能。从2019年《英语考试说明》提供的高考样题来看，2019年的高考英语仍然会坚持在平稳中求发展，在继承中求创新;英语试题将继续坚持以人为本的价值取向，在全面考查考生综合语言运用能力的基础上，突出基础性和综合性考查，加强应用性和创新性考查，通过积极弘扬优秀传统文化，凸显教育的人文情怀。

2019年《英语考试说明》有两点变化，我们应予以足够的重视。

（一）样题出现变化

2018年以前的样题是：

假定你是李华，计划和同学去敬老院（nursing home）陪老人们过重阳节（the Double Ninth Festival）。请给外教露西写封邮件，邀请她一同前往，内容包括：

1.出发及返回时间;2.活动：包饺子、表演节目等。

注意：1.词数100左右;2.可适当增加细节，以使行文连贯;3.结语已为你写好。

2019年的样题为：

假定你是李华，你的英国朋友Peter来信询问你校体育活动项目开展情况，请给他写封回信，要点如下：

1.你校运动场情况介绍;2.开展的体育项目;3.你喜欢的项目。

注意：1.词数100左右;2.可适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。

笔者认为，今后英语书面表达的话题将与校园生活密切相关，命题人更加关注青少年的身心健康和全面发展，通过英语书面表达试题，对我国近年来中小学开展的素质教学成果进行深入考查。因此，在备考复习时，我们应在立足于弘扬中国传统文化的基础上，重视与素质教育相关的话题写作训练，发挥英语学科的育人功能，培养考生健全的人格，促进考生综合素质的提升。

（二）评分原则前新增一段说明

在书面表达样题后，评分原则的前面新增了这样一段说明文字：书面表达题旨在考查考生的英语写作能力，评价其能否运用相关常识和语言知识进行有效的文字表达，完成特定的交际任务。本题要求考生给英国朋友写封回信，答复他所询问的学校的体育运动开展的情况，引导考生关注体育运动和身心健康，弘扬体育精神。

这段文字清楚地说明了书面表达题的考查宗旨和目的，暗示了2019年书面表达题的命题趋势和导向：书面表达题不仅考查考生的英语写作能力，评价考生准确运用所学相关常识和语言知识进行跨文化交际的能力，而且引导考生培养正确的人生观、价值观，促进考生身心健康发展。

2019年《英语考试说明》的变化带给我们三点重要的启示。

1.书面表达题将继续以考查提纲作文为主，提示的方式仍以文字提示为主。

2.提示的内容越来越少，旨在为考生留下较大的自由发挥的空间，凸显对考生思维品质和创新能力的考查。

3.倡导核心素养背景下以人为本的教学理念，写作话题密切联系校园生活，发挥试题的教育功能，促进青少年的健康成长，对当前的教学将起到很好的促进作用。

二、积极应对《英语考试说明》变化，及时调整备考策略

针对《英语考试说明》发生的细微变化，我们应及时调整书面表达备考策略，进行系统的写作训练，逐步提升写作技能，确保在高考中圆满完成写作任务，具体做法如下。

（一）充分利用高考真题，逐步提升写作能力

往年的高考书面表达试题是非常好的学习资源，通过认真仿写往年的高考试题，背诵经典范文，我们可以逐步提升英语写作能力。以2018年全国卷Ⅲ的英语书面表达题为例，在练习写作时我们应注意以下几点。

1. 确定框架结构，明确每段写作内容

根据试题说明，考生应给英国朋友Peter写一封邮件，介绍本校体育活动开展的情况。本文的写作体裁属于电子邮件，格式与英语书信相同，应包括三个段落。

第一段是开场白，陈述写信的背景和写信目的。第二段是书信的主体段，详细把写作提纲中的三个要点陈述清楚：（1）你校运动场情况介绍;（2）开展的体育项目;（3）你喜欢的项目。第三段是客套话，用表示祝愿的话来结束写作。

2. 围绕写作提纲，适当增加细节

3. 连句成段，首尾呼应

借助信号词和恰当的连接词，把根据写作提纲写出来的句子串起来，构成所写的语篇。应注意在首段开门见山，先表明写作背景，再陈述目的。中间段依据写作提纲来写，可适当增加一些细节。第三段要注意首尾呼应，使结构严谨。可写一些客套话，结束写作，实现交际目的。

Thank you for your letter. I am delighted to know you are interested in physical activities in our school. I am writing to share them with you in details.

Our school has a stadium built two years ago， which is large enough for us to play all kinds of sports， such as walking， running， jumping and various ball games. 4. 背诵高分范文，积累好词好句

（二）以練习应用文为主，兼顾各种英语文体

在过去五年的高考试题中，英语书面表达以考查书信（邮件）为主，其他体裁也有涉及。例如2018年全国卷Ⅱ的书面表达是让考生写一则英语通知。因此，我们应把备考的重点放在练习写应用文上，同时兼顾其他文体。重点训练的应用文应包括告知信、邀请信、建议信、申请信（推荐信）、感谢信、求助信、咨询信、投诉信、慰问信、约稿信、道歉信等。此外，还应兼顾日记、议论文、图表作文和看图写作等低频作文。

1. 限時写作，提高写作技能

我们要经常进行限时写作训练，逐步养成用15～20分钟的时间写一篇英语书面表达的习惯，这样在高考中才能从容镇定，稳定地发挥。首先，用两三分钟认真阅读写作要求，确定写作的主题和内容，然后列出具体的写作要点，再按要点写出句子，最后把句子串起来，组句成文。例如：

假定你是李华。为迎接传统佳节——端午节，你校打算举办一系列活动。请根据下面的写作提示，给你的朋友英国留学生Mark写一封电子邮件。内容包括：

Are you going to study abroad or go to university in China？

These days the number of Chinese studying abroad has been increasing. Therefore， I am going to study abroad after graduating from senior high school. My reasons are as follows.
