摘要：行政事业单位以人力资源为实现长远发展目标的夯实基础，换而言之优秀人才是推动行政事业单位迈向成功的重要保障，而强化思想政治教育力度能培养出思想品格优秀且个人性格坚定的职工，大大提高行政事业单位的工作效率及管理效率，确保行政事业单位各项工作有序开展。本文以行政事业单位人力资源管理为切入点分析其与思政教育间融合原则，就提出具体的融合要点进行深入探究，旨在为相关从业人员积累更多的实践经验。

Abstract： administrative institutions to human resources for the realization of the solid foundation for the long-term development goals， in other words the excellent talents is an important guarantee of success for administrative institution， and strengthening the ideological and political education to cultivate thinking character and excellent staff with strong personality， greatly improve the work efficiency and management efficiency of administrative institutions， to ensure that each work orderly administrative institution. This paper takes the human resource management of administrative institutions as the entry point to analyze the integration principle between it and ideological and political education， and puts forward specific integration points for in-depth exploration， in order to accumulate more practical experience for relevant practitioners.

相較于其它单位，行政事业单位自身政策扶持及财政拨划方面均存在着明显差异性，难以吸引大批量优秀人才。一旦无法保障人才合理的经济需求或缺少锻炼机会及职业发展平台则无法真正意义上做到留住人才锻炼人才，造成行政事业单位区域性发展失衡问题。同时，行政事业单位所提供的人才资源相对有限，例如：工作经验累积及工作视野拓展等均处于相对滞后的局面。如何向人才提供更多的个人发展机遇及职业发展平台，实现与思政教育间有效融合的目标，是新形势下行政事业单位所面临的主要挑战。由此可见，将思政教育与行政事业单位人力资源管理间相融合能优化人力资源管理流程，促使管理模式向人性化、高效化及科学化方向转变，进一步提高行政事业单位总体管理水平及管理能力。……
