摘 要 医务社会工作作为社会工作中的一个重要领域，是为服务对象提供舒缓、解决、预防医务社会问题的保障。以广东省人民医院南海医院为例，对医务社会工作的现状进行分析，提出增加医护人员作为医务社会工作服务群体，分析医务人员作为医疗社会工作服务对象的意义，对医务社会工作服务对象转型措施及医务社会工作者对医务人员的服务内容进行分析讨论，以便为提高医务社会工作的服务水平，促进医院和谐做出贡献。

Exploration Research of Increase Medical Staff as a Service for Medical Social Work

——Taking Nanhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital as an example

Abstract Medical social work is an important area of social work， it is a guarantee for the client to relieve， solve and prevent medical social problems. Taking Nanhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital as an example， this paper analyzed the current status of medical social work and proposed to increase medical staff as a medical social work service group. Then analysis and discussion on the significance of medical staff as a service target for medical social work， and the transformation of medical service work objects and the service content of medical social workers to medical staff. In order to improve the service level of medical social work and promote hospital harmony and contribute.

目前，我国医疗卫生体制与医疗服务方式存在诸多问题，影响医患之间的有效沟通，導致我国医患关系日趋紧张。为了解决这种问题，在医护人员对患者进行生理治疗的同时，医务社会工作人员为患者通过心理关怀，社会服务等。但与此同时，医护人员却很少得到医护社会工作的关注，医护人员作为医患关系中重要的一环，也同样需要得到医护社会工作的服务。

1 医务人员与医务社会工作者的现状

我国医务人员工作强度大、风险高、压力重，精神长期处于紧张状态，生活不规律，工作需求与家庭生活冲突，收入与待遇福利不高的情况。然而医护人员又是医患关系中的重要一环，医护人员的状态极大地决定医患之间的沟通效率，因此，发挥医务社会工作者对医务员减压和疏导情绪方面的作用十分必要。……
