【摘要】 目的：探究隐匿性阴茎采用“V”形切口配合推进式皮瓣术治疗的临床效果。方法：随机选取2015年6月-2018年6月于笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的隐匿性阴茎患儿84例为研究对象，依据手术治疗方案的不同将研究对象分为对照组（39例）与观察组（45例）。对照组接受改良Devine术式治疗，观察组采用阴茎腹侧根部V形切口及推进式皮瓣术治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组，术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：隐匿性阴茎患儿采用“V”形切口配合推进式皮瓣术治疗的效果显著，更利于降低并发症发生率。

The Effect of V-shaped Incision Combined with Advancing Skin Flap in the Treatment of Concealed Penis/XIA Fan， ZHANG Qi. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2019， 17（28）： -147

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical effect of V-shaped incision combined with advancing skin flap in the treatment of concealed penis. Method： A total of 84 children with concealed penis who received surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were randomly selected as research objects. Children were divided into the control group （39 cases） and the observation group （45 cases） according to the difference of surgical treatment schemes. The control group received modified Devine surgical treatment. The observation group received V-shaped ventral incision along the root of penile and advanced skin flap treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Result： The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the incidence of complications after operation was lower than that of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： V-shaped incision combined with advancing skin flap is effective in the treatment of concealed penis， which is more conducive to reducing the incidence of complications.

隐匿性阴茎也被称为埋藏式阴茎，主要指阴茎外观短小，并被耻骨上脂肪垫所掩盖的症状，属于阴茎先天发育畸形[1]。目前，手术是治疗此种疾病的首选方案。随着医疗技术水平的发展，用于治疗隐匿性阴茎的手术方案较多，但是目前尚未明确标准的手术治疗方案[2]。因此，选择治疗效果优良的手术方案成为临床医师重点关注的内容[3]。基于此，本研究主要对隐匿性阴茎患儿实施阴茎腹侧根部V形切口及推进式皮瓣术治疗获取的临床效果进行如下探究。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选取的84例研究对象均为2015年6月-2018年12月于笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的隐匿性阴茎患儿。纳入标准：入院检查均表现为阴茎包皮为鸟嘴状，阴茎不同程度隐匿于皮下，包皮口狭小，上翻后仍然无法显露龟头，对阴茎根部皮肤实施挤压后可观察到大小正常的阴茎体。……
