【摘要】 目的：探讨膀胱癌亚专业护理小组在根治性全膀胱术患者中的护理应用方法及效果。方法：选取2018年1-12月在笔者所在医院进行根治性全膀胱切除术的患者60例，其中30例为1-6月实施膀胱癌亚专业护理前收治，30例为7-12月实施膀胱癌亚专业护理后收治。比较实施前后患者住院时间和满意度评分。结果：实施后患者住院时间短于实施前，满意度评分高于实施前，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：成立膀胱癌亚专业护理小组有助于从整体上提高护理水平与效果，缩短患者术后住院时间，提高满意度，对细化泌尿外科临床护理工作具有指导性的意义。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the nursing application method and effect of sub-professional nursing group for bladder cancer in patients undergoing radical total bladder surgery. Method： A total of 60 patients undergoing radical cystectomy from January to December 2018 were selected， 30 of them were treated in the pre-professional nursing of bladder cancer from January to June 2018， and 30 cases were treated with subspecialty nursing for bladder cancer from July to December 2018. The patients hospital stay and satisfaction scores were compared before and after the implementation. Result： After the implementation， the hospital stay time was shorter than that before the implementation， the satisfaction score was higher than that before the implementation， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Establishing a sub-professional nursing team for bladder cancer can help to improve the nursing level and effect as a whole， shorten the hospitalization time and improve the satisfaction of patients after operation， which is of guiding significance for the refinement of clinical nursing work in urology.

伴随我国社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，当前住院患者对护理的水平与质量要求越来越高，护理工作中纷纷对亚专业学科进行了规划，以确保护理工作与专业医疗水平相符，通过提高护理人员专业水平与操作能力保障患者的治疗效果[1]。目前，越来越多国家已经将发展护理亚专业作为临床护理实践发展的策略与方向，通过细化护理亚专业为患者提供更高质量的护理服务。本研究现选择笔者所在医院2018年1-12月收治的60例行根治性全膀胱术的膀胱癌患者，通过实施亚专业护理对策，成立膀胱癌亚专业护理小组对患者围术期护理方法与护理效果进行探讨，现将其整理形成以下报告。

1 资料与方法
