【摘要】 目的：分析乳腺癌放疗后皮肤损害患者采用标准化皮肤护理干预的临床效果。方法：选取2018年2月-2019年2月笔者所在医院收治的90例乳腺癌放疗患者作为主体，随机将患者分为对照组、观察组。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组采用标准化皮肤护理干预，对两组患者护理效果进行比较。结果：观察组患者皮肤损害程度轻于对照组，皮肤修复总有效率高于对照组，护理后生存质量评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：标准化皮肤护理干预在乳腺癌放疗后患者临床中的应用效果显著，能减轻患者皮肤损害，且能使患者皮肤损害修复取得良好效果，使患者生活质量得到提高，值得推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of standardized skin care intervention in patients with skin lesions after breast cancer radiotherapy. Method： A total of 90 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention， and the observation group was treated with standardized skin nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result： The degree of skin damage in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group， the total effective rate of skin repair was higher than that in the control group， and the score of quality of life after nursing was higher than that in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The standardized skin care intervention has a remarkable application effect in the clinical application of the patients after the radiotherapy of the breast cancer， can reduce the skin damage of the patient， and can lead the skin of the patient to be damaged and repaired， so that the quality of the patients life is improved， and the use is worthy of popularization.

隨着当前人们生活节奏的不断加快，以及人们饮食方式的改变，女性健康问题逐渐凸显出来，乳腺癌就是临床常见的肿瘤疾病，根据相关调查可知，全球每年平均约有130万人新患乳腺癌患者，且近年来正在以上升的趋势发展，该疾病的患者越来越朝着年轻化的趋势发展，给患者的健康及生活质量带来极大的威胁[1]。临床治疗乳腺癌疾病的方法主要为放疗，但在放疗后极易损害患者局部皮肤，因此，为了预防患者局部皮肤的损害，给予患者有效的护理干预措施具有重要意义。本次研究通过纳入90例乳腺癌放疗患者作为研究对象，就标准化皮肤护理干预对乳腺癌放疗后皮肤损害的疗效进行分析，具体情况如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
