【摘要】 目的：探究综合性护理在小儿尿道下裂手术中的临床效果。方法：选取2016年8月-2018年8月笔者所在医院收治的60例尿道下裂手术患儿为研究对象，采用随机抽签方式将患儿分为两组，每组30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组则给予综合性护理干预。比较两组患儿术后相关恢复指标、并发症发生情况及家属满意度。结果：观察组患儿首次排便时间、切口愈合时间均早于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患儿家属总满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：给予尿道下裂手术患儿进行综合性护理干预，能促进患儿术后恢复，降低并发症发生率，提升家属满意度，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on hypospadias surgery in children. Method： A total of 60 children with hypospadias surgery admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by random lottery， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The postoperative recovery indexes， complications and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result： The first defecation time and wound healing time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group， and hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with hypospadias surgery can promote the postoperative recovery of children， reduce the incidence of complications and improve family satisfaction， which is worthy of promotion.

尿道下裂為儿外科泌尿系统疾病中常见的畸形现象，患儿尿道开口位置异常，由孕期阴茎筋膜及皮肤异常发育导致，尿道下裂远端多呈索状，多数患儿伴随阴茎弯曲。尿道下裂影响患儿的正常排尿，对其生活产生严重影响。因此，需要进行手术治疗[1-2]。而由于患病位置特殊，术后感染等并发症发生率高，对患儿术后恢复有严重影响。因此，临床比较重视护理干预的实施，力求降低并发症发生率，而综合性护理干预的临床应用被证实效果更理想[3]。本研究探讨综合性护理在小儿尿道下裂手术中的应用效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2016年8月-2018年8月笔者所在医院收治的行尿道下裂手术患儿60例，纳入标准：（1）经查染色体及高频彩超确诊的患儿;（2）初诊患儿，此前未进行过尿道下裂手术;（3）凝血功能正常，无手术禁忌，对手术所用药物及器材无过敏;（4）行Ⅰ期Snodgrass尿道成形术。……
