【摘要】 目的：探討输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗肾盂肿瘤手术室护理配合的效果。方法：本次研究对象为笔者所在医院2017年4月-2018年4月收治的66例行输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗的肾盂肿瘤患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，各33例。对照组采用常规手术室护理，观察组采用系统性手术室护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组手术时间（32.11±6.43）min、住院时间（4.12±1.02）d，均短于对照组的（60.13±10.23）min、（8.46±2.64）d，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组手术成功率为100%，高于对照组的81.82%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率为3.03%，低于对照组的18.18%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组护理总满意度为93.94%，高于对照组的72.73%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗肾盂肿瘤采用系统性手术室护理，能缩短手术时间及住院时间，提高手术成功率及护理满意度，降低并发症发生率，值得临床进一步推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of nursing cooperation in the operation room of holmium laser under flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of renal pelvic tumors. Method： The subjects of this study were 66 patients with renal pelvic tumors treated by holmium laser under flexible ureteroscope in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method， 33 cases in each group. The control group was given routine operation room nursing， while the observation group was given systematic operation room nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result： The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group （32.11±6.43） min and （4.12±1.02） d were shorter than （60.13±10.23） min and （8.46±2.64） d of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The success rate of operation in the observation group was 100%， which was higher than 81.82% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.03%， which was lower than 18.18% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.94%， which was higher than 72.73% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Systematic operation room nursing for patients with renal pelvic tumors treated with holmium laser under flexible ureteroscope can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time， improve the success rate of operation and nursing satisfaction， and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of further clinical application.

腎盂肿瘤是一种多发于中老年人群的恶性肿瘤，主要位于患者肾盂、肾盏上皮细胞，以间歇性无痛肉眼血尿、偶因血块堵塞输尿管导致肾绞痛等为主要临床表现。此病易复发，因此严重影响患者的生命安全[1]。随着医疗技术的进步，临床多使用输尿管软镜下钬激光技术治疗肾盂肿瘤，其具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快等优点[2]。但此技术属于有创操作，若患者术中术后得不到优质的护理，会影响手术的进行及术后恢复。常规手术室护理不够细致、全面，不能满足患者的护理需求，为了提高手术效果，笔者所在医院给予观察组患者系统性手术室护理，发现其护理效果优于常规手术室护理，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取笔者所在医院2017年4月-2018年4月收治的行输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗的肾盂肿瘤患者66例为研究对象，纳入标准：（1）所有患者均符合WHO制定的肾盂肿瘤诊断标准，且经过CT、静脉尿路造影、手术病理确诊;（2）病灶无转移;（3）符合输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗指征;（4）能耐受手术及麻醉;（5）沟通能力正常。……
