【摘要】 目的：探析膝關节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的手术护理配合。方法：选取90例2017年3月-2018年9月在笔者所在医院接受膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的前交叉韧带损伤患者，按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。对照组予以常规护理干预，观察组予以整体护理干预。观察两组治疗前后的手术相关指标、膝关节功能恢复情况及护理满意度。结果：观察组术中出血量为（86.32±10.59）ml，少于对照组的（115.16±13.27）ml，手术时间为（62.34±9.87）min，住院时间为（12.86±2.43）d，短于对照组的（78.19±11.35）min和（18.63±3.64）d（P<0.05）。术前，两组Lyshlom评分、Tegner活动评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;术后3个月，观察组Lyshlom评分为（82.29±16.46）分，Tegner活动评分为（6.71±0.82）分，高于对照组的（63.53±15.28）分和（5.54±0.78）分（P<0.05）。观察组护理总满意度为93.33%，明显高于对照组的75.56%（P<0.05）。结论：整体护理干预在膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术护理中具有较高的应用价值，能有效减少术中出血量、缩短手术时间和住院时间，促进患者膝关节功能的恢复，提升患者的护理满意度。

Experience of Surgical Nursing Cooperation in Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Under Knee Arthroscopy/HE Wenwen. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2019， 17（28）： -80

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the surgical nursing experience of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy. Method： A total of 90 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury undergoing knee arthroscopy anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction from March 2017 to September 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission， with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention，the observation group received overall nursing intervention. Surgery-related indicators， knee function recovery and nursing satisfaction were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Result： The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was （86.32±10.59） ml， significantly less than （115.16±13.27） ml of the control group （P<0.05）. The operation time of the observation group was （62.34±9.87） min， the hospitalization time was （12.86±2.43） d， significantly shorter than （78.19±11.35） min and （18.63±3.64） d of the control group （P<0.05）. Before operation， the scores of Lyshlom score and Tegner activity were not statistically significant between the two groups （P>0.05）. At 3 months after operation，the Lyshlom score of the observation group was （82.29±16.46） points， the Tegner activity score was （6.71±0.82） points， significantly higher than （63.53±15.28） points and （5.54±0.78） points of the control group （P<0.05）. The total satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was 93.33%， significantly higher than 75.56% in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The overall nursing intervention has a high value in the nursing of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy. It can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss， shorten the operation time and hospitalization time， and promote the recovery of knee joint function， thus improving the patients care satisfaction.

目前，我国的体育运动事业发展迅速，人们对体育的关注程度不断提高，出于对体育运动的喜爱和对健康生活方式的追求，参与体育运动的人数不断增加，前交叉韧带损伤的发病率呈现上升趋势[1]。前交叉韧带出现损伤后，若得不到及时有效的治疗，可引起膝关节继发性损伤，严重影响到患者的膝关节功能。膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术具有手术损伤小、术后恢复快等优势，被广泛用于前交叉韧带损伤的临床治疗中[2]。研究显示，为患者实施有效的护理措施能显著提升治疗效果，促进患者术后膝关节功能的康复[3]。基于此，为了进一步分析整体护理干预在膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者中的护理效果，本研究选取了笔者所在医院90例患者进行了分组护理，获得了满意的效果，具体报道如下。……
