我为焦渴的鲜花，从河川，从海洋，帶来清新的甘霖;

我为绿叶披上淡淡的凉荫，当他们歇息在午睡的梦境。

从我的翅膀上摇落下露珠，去唤醒每一朵香甜的蓓蕾，

当她们的母亲绕太阳旋舞时，摇晃着使她们在怀里入睡。

我挥动冰雹的连枷，把绿色的原野捶打得有如银装素裹;

再用雨水把冰雪消溶，我轰然大笑，当我在雷声中走过。

I brng fresh showers for the thirsting flowers，

From the seas and the streams;

I bear light shade for the leaves when laid

In their noonday dreams.

From my wings are shaken the dews that waken

The sweet buds every one，

When rocked to rest on their mothers breast，

As she dances about the sun.

I wield the flail of the lashing hail，

And whiten the green plains under，

And then again I dissolve it in rain

And laugh as I pass in thunder.
