本文拟以《新编大学英语》综合教程第2册第1单元“Love”为例，通过学习与爱情关联的谚语、填词、爱情故事、小组讨论等教学环节设计，激发学生兴趣，营造互动氛围。

一、Chinese Romances

Directions：The following are a list of expressions in Chinese romances.Work in groups to see if they are out of date or still work for the young generation in China.

1)白头偕老remaining a devoted couple to the end of their lives

2)门当户对a well-matched couple in social and economic status

3)相敬如宾treating each other with respect

二、What Is Love?
