摘要：目的建立广藿香挥发油提取和包合工艺条件。方法采用L9（3）4正交设计法对挥发油的提取和包合工艺进行考察。结果香诃止泻颗粒剂广藿香挥发油提取工艺优化为：浸泡4 h，加10倍水，回流提取8 h;挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺优化为：挥发油按1∶20（V/V）比例用乙醇溶解，挥发油与β-环糊精包合的比例为1∶8，挥发油醇溶液缓慢加入8%的β-CD溶液，55 ℃超声包合2 h。结论优化的提取和包合工艺合理、可行、稳定可控，可为申报医疗机构制剂奠定基础。

香訶止泻颗粒剂源于云南省名中医熊磊治疗小儿泄泻的临床效验方，临床疗效确切。本方具芳香化湿、运脾止泻之功，主治小儿脾气不运、湿浊内阻之泄泻[1]。由云南主产药材藿香、葛根、诃子、石榴皮等9味中药组成。中医认为，泄泻病变主要在脾胃，尤其与脾的运化功能失调关系密切[2]。脾主升清，胃主降浊，若脾胃失常，清气不升，浊气不降，清浊相并，下走大肠则至泄泻。前人亦有“无湿不成泻”、“湿多成五泻”之说，故治疗上总以运脾化湿为基本原则[3]。

香诃止泻汤中广藿香味辛、性微温、入脾胃经，具有芳香化浊，化湿止呕之功[4];诃子性平、味酸涩，酸能收敛，涩能止泻[5]，与广藿香共为君药，两药相配，共凑健脾化湿、温胃化浊、涩肠止泻之功，且有标本兼治之妙。葛根味辛甘、性凉，入脾胃经，具有生津止渴，升阳止泻之功[6]，茯苓健脾利水渗湿[7]，车前子渗湿止泻，能“利小便实大便”[8]，三药共为臣药。……
