【摘 要】近年来，随着我国经济的发展以及房地产行业的飞速进步，我国每年的商品用房的竣工量极大，并且住宅成交总量也逐年大幅度增长。但是大部分的商品住宅均属于毛坯房，不具备居住的条件。因此，业主就会进行二次装修，而在对房屋进行装修时，往往会破坏房屋的结构布局，进而使得房屋无法达到预期的实用年限，给房屋住宅的使用带来了极大的影响。因此，在这一背景下，论文对二次装修对建筑结构的影响进行详细探究。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the development of Chinas economy and the rapid progress of the real estate industry， the completion of the commodity houses in our country every year is very great， and the total volume of residential transactions is also increasing by a large margin year by year. But most of the commodity houses belong to rough houses， and they do not have the conditions for housing. Therefore， the owner will carry out the secondary decoration. When the house is decorated， it often destroys the structural layout of the house， and then make the house unable to reach the expected useful life， and bring a great impact on the use of the house. Therefore， under this background， the paper carries out a detailed research on the influence of the secondary decoration to the architectural structure.

1 引言

我国早在1994年就相应地颁布了《关于深化城镇住房制度改革的决定》，并且相隔四年之后，又相继颁布了《关于进一步深化城镇住房制度改革 加快住房建设的通知》。这两项政策颁布，使得我国的房地产事业得到了迅猛发展，使得我国竣工的商品住宅总面积大幅度增长。据相关数据调查统计，2014年我国所竣工的商品住房总面积已经高达12亿m2，而这12亿m2的住宅中有90%属于毛坯房，根本不具备国民生活的条件，更加无法达到国民生活的要求。当前的情况与国外的发达国家的毛坯房总量有着极大的差距。因此，业主在得到房屋后对其进行装修时时常会对墙体进行随意改动，凿地甚至在墙体上钻孔，这种现象的存在严重破坏了墙体的安全性和耐久性，更加极大的缩短了住宅房屋的使用年限。我国相关法律指出：加强对住宅装修的监管， 加快推广一次性装修和菜单式装修形式， 避免重复装修造成的结构破坏，或者造成浪费和噪音扰民等现象。……
