【摘 要】随着科学技术的快速发展，“互联网”时代已经到来，然而目前基层医院的信息化刚刚进入到普及阶段。就医疗信息系统而言，目前高校医疗系统普遍在功能上存在较多的局限性，没有真正站在综合学生、教师以及医生的需求角度，开发一个真正能满足日常医疗的系统。故本系统采用基于.NET的MVC.NET开发框架，以数据库与数据结构，信息系统分析与设计知识为基础，利用Visual studio2015和SQL server2014 为开发工具进行开发，完成整个系统的分析、设计、测试、实现。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of science and technology， the era of "internet" has arrived. At present ， however ， the informationization of the basic hospital has just entered the universal stage. As far as the medical information system is concerned， there are many limitations in the function of medical system in colleges and universities at present， and it is not really standing on the needs of the students， teachers and doctors to develop a system that can truly meet the daily medical care. Therefore， this system adopts the MVC.NET development framework based on.NET，

and takes the database and data structure， information system analysis and design knowledge as the bases， uses the Visual studio2015 and SQL server2014 as the development tool to develop， so as to complete the analysis， design， test and implementation of the whole system.

1 引言

迈入21世纪的大门，“伟大复兴中国梦”的号角已经吹响，无数人们为之不懈奋斗，2020年全面建成小康社会的目标在前方引领着我们的脚步，使得人民的生活水平日渐提升，人们对自身的健康关注程度也就会越来越高，健康保健、疾病的预防和治疗逐渐进入了公众的视野并得到人们越来越高的重视。由此可见长期以来的形成的固定的机械的医保模式和顽固的就医观念已经不能适应现阶段高校学生与教师的需求。习近平总书记在十九大上说过：“青年是国家发展的希望。”故而高校承担着为国家培养人才的重要使命。从国家的未来发展和培养造就一代新人的角度看，在我国要真正形成人人采纳科学、健康生活方式的良好风尚，从根本上改变卫生面貌，推进社会进步和精神文明建设，高校医疗的支持和推广责无旁贷。……
