【摘 要】随着我国经济建设的突飞猛进，钢铁行业及周边产业也逐步提升。其中，最为关键的是提高钢铁工业经济效益，对整体钢铁行业的生产销量与节能增效起到至关重要的作用。根据其相对的现实性与重要性，论文通过对钢铁工业生产、管理、服务等提升具体优化措施进行研究，侧重分析了创新、改革的重要性，并提出相应建设性意见，为日后我国钢铁行业的稳步发展奠定坚实基础。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's economic construction， the iron and steel industry and its surrounding industries are also gradually promoted. Among them， the most important thing is to improve the economic benefit of iron and steel industry， which plays a vital role in the production and sales volume of the whole iron and steel industry and the efficiency of energy saving. According to its relative reality and importance， the paper studies the concrete measures to improve the production， management and service of iron and steel industry. The importance of innovation and reform is emphatically analyzed， and some constructive suggestions are put forward， so as to lay a solid foundation for the steady development of China's iron and steel industry in the future.

1引言

我国一直就是钢铁产量与销售大国。现阶段，我国钢铁行业发展取得显著成果。其中，提高钢铁工业经济效益增长对企业发展壮大影响颇大。因此，充分利用好当下我国钢铁行业发展的大好时机，加强对钢铁工业经济效益提升的重视程度，通过科学、合理的企业内部优化措施，使其能够更好地适应日后市场残酷竞争。

2 发展钢铁工业以经济效益为核心的重要性

随着我国经济建设步伐的逐渐加快，钢铁行业作为我国主要支柱性产业，有其相对的重要性与现实性。更是我国重工业与军工业的重要基础保障。其次，现阶段我国的钢铁出口量较大，占我国出口总量的30%以上，我国自古就是钢铁产量大国，全球经济一体化趋势的呈现，对全球贸易资源的整合与分配更为关键，因此，在此关键阶段，发展钢铁工业并以经济效益为核心的战略方针尤为重要。另外，从钢铁行业生产销售特点中不难看出，其生产周期与销售总量基本成正比模式，钢铁生产周期一般较短，在较短的时间内将其大量钢铁材料进行规模性销售，必定会取得较为理想的经济效益，更有利于资金投入的回收。……
