摘要：近年来，中国游客数量呈现持续高位增长趋势，中国步入大众旅游时代。但中国旅游业存在上班族没时间、资金限制、旅途劳累、生态环境破坏、导游诈骗等问题，制约了旅游业的发展。该文将虚拟现实技术同定制结合，讲述凭借其浸没性、交互性和自主性等特性，满足用户视觉与精神的需求，旨在解決旅游业存在的问题，带动传统旅游业的发展，促进社会经济结构的调整。

Virtual Realy Technology and Custonization Services Bring Opportunities and Challeges to The Tourism Industry

Abstract：In recent years，as the number of Chinese tourists shows continuous high-level increase status，China has moved into a mass tourism era.But there are still some problems which could restrict the development of tourism，such as time constraints， capital limitation，travel fatigue，ecological destruction and the fraud of tour guide.This article combines the virtual reality technology with customization，shows us how to satisfy users visual and spiritual needs with its features of immersion， interactivity and autonomy，which is designed to solve the existing problems of tourism，contribute to the development of traditional tourism and promote the adjustment of socioeconomic structure.

随着经济的发展，人民生活水平不断提高，我国消费进入了一个新时代，大众对日常娱乐的需求愈发强烈，“世界那么大，我想去看看”，外出旅游成为越来越多的人的选择，中国旅游产业的发展也进入了一个快速增长时期。旅游业蓬勃发展，但同时也逐渐暴露出了众多问题，度假具有出游时间长、产品单价高、旅游体验好等特性，游客人身安全也受到潜在威胁等各方各面都存在问题。那么是否存在可能能使人“足不出户，走遍天下”，真切地体会到个性化出游呢？

众多学者从不同角度展开研究，在理论上提出“旅游+虚拟现实技术”的旅行模式，其内容主要涉及虚拟现实技术是如何应用到旅游业以及其在旅游业中的发展前景和方向。然而，活跃的经济促使消费者不断追求更加理性的消费模式，消费理念也由随波逐流逐转变为个性化，就目前来说，旅游消费需求转型明显，个性化、品质化出游逐步成为主流。……
