[摘要] 目的 统计致心律失常型右室心肌病（ARVD）的研究文献，分析目前医学领域内对该主题的研究情况。方法 基于PubMed数据库，检索在2008年2月27日～2018年2月23日发表的有关致心律失常型右室心肌病的文献并进行调查分析，统计主题词出现的频次，使用SPSS统计软件20.0对词篇矩阵进行聚类分析，分析得到当前关于致心律失常型右室心肌病的研究热点。 结果 检索到关于致心律失常型右室心肌病的研究文章共1088篇，高频主题词为38个，通过对38个主题词的聚类分析得到7个研究热点：致心律失常型右室心肌病的病因学、诊断方法、病理生理、病理、遗传、流行病学及兽医学研究。 结论 通过对PubMed主题词的聚类分析很好地挖掘出致心律失常型右室心肌病的研究热点，可为科研选题提供参考。

[Abstract] Objective To study the literature of arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia（ARVD） and analyze the current research in this field. Methods Based on the PubMed database， the literature on arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy published from February 27， 2008 to February 23， 2018 was searched and analyzed. The frequency of occurrence of statistical keywords was counted. Cluster analysis of the lexical matrix was performed by SPSS statistical software 20.0. The current research focus on arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy was obtained by analysis. Results A total of 1088 research articles on arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy were retrieved， and 38 high-frequency keywords were used. Seven research hotspots were obtained through cluster analysis of 38 subject words： the etiology of arrhythmogenic right ventricle， diagnostic methods， pathophysiology， pathology， genetics， epidemiology and veterinary research of cardiomyopathy. Conclusion The clustering analysis of PubMed keywords can be used to mine the research hotspots of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy， which can provide reference for scientific research topics.

致心律失常型右室心肌病（arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia，ARVD）[1]是一種主要由编码桥粒蛋白基因突变[2]导致的伴有纤维化的心室壁心肌细胞进行性丢失，伴或不伴脂肪浸润为特征的原发性心肌疾病[3]。患者常伴有室性心动过速、室性早搏、完全性右束支传导阻滞，属于遗传性基因性心肌病[4]。ARVD是年轻人，尤其是运动员猝死的重要原因[5]，现已经成为国内外研究的热点。本文采用文献计量学方法，对近十年来发表在PubMed数据库中有关ARVD的文章进行统计分析，总结当前该主题的研究热点，为开展深入研究提供参考依据。现报道如下。……
