摘 要：中国职业足球俱乐部财务风险一方面源于外部政治、法律、经济、社会文化和技术等不确定因素的影响，另一方面是由于职业足球俱乐部股权过分集中、内部控制制度不健全、球员转会和青训政策处理不当以及球队竞技成绩不稳定等原因造成。研究认为：筹资风险和投资风险是中国职业足球俱乐部最主要的财务风险，可以通过分散职业足球俱乐部的股权集中度；建立和完善内部控制制度；提高应对管理层多变的政策水平；精心培育足球文化，提高营收水平和改善营收结构等措施加以防范。

Abstract： The financial risks of Chinese professional football clubs are， on the one hand， originated from the influence of such uncertain factors as external politics， law， economy， social culture and technology etc， and on the other hand， caused by such reasons as the over shareholding concentration of professional football clubs， imperfect internal control system， mishandling of player transfer and teenager training policies， and unstable team competition performance etc. In the authors opinion， funding risks and investment risks are the main financial risks of Chinese professional football clubs， can be prevented by the following measures： establish and perfect the internal control system； improve the response to the changing policies of the management level； cultivate football culture deliberately， increase revenue， and improve the revenue structure， etc.

随着中国职业足球运动的蓬勃发展各种资本蜂拥而至，在近乎疯狂的投资之后，由于受现实环境和中国足球发展水平的制约，各中超、中甲俱乐部入不敷出。2016年中超、中甲俱乐部共亏损48亿多元[1]；各俱乐部面临极其严重的财务风险，持续亏损给中国各个级别的职业足球俱乐部的发展和中国足球运动的发展也带来了巨大的风险和挑战。

关于企业财务风险的研究很多，然而关于中国职业足球俱乐部财务风险的研究却几乎没有。学者们把企业的财务风险活动划分为筹资风险、投资风险、资金回收风险和收益分配风险4种。不同行业在具体的经营过程中可能还会表现出某种特殊的财务风险。在实际的财务风险管理与防范中这些财务风险会交织在一起，所以财务风险的防范也是一个系统的工程。……
