[摘要]目的 探讨对普外科手术患者使用人性化护理的效果。方法 选取我院普外科2016年4月～2017年7月接收的42例手术患者进行分析，将其使用双盲法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各21例。对照组行常规护理干预，观察组行人性化护理干预；使用疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）对两组的疼痛程度进行比较，并通过调查问卷的方式了解患者的护理满意度情况。结果 观察组的VAS评分低于对照组、住院时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组，护理总满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床将个性化护理干预方法应用到普外科手术护理中，可有效降低术后并发症发生率，减轻患者的疼痛程度，缩短住院时间，有临床推广意义。

Effect analysis of humanized nursing measures in general surgery nursing

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing on patients undergoing general surgeries. Methods Forty-two surgical patients performed with general surgeries in our hospital from April 2016 to July 2017 were selected for analysis. They were divided into two groups in double blinding：observation group and control group， 21 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing intervention， the observation group was given humanized nursing intervention. Visual analogue scale （VAS） scoring was used to compare and observe the pain of the two groups. The patient′s satisfaction on nursing was through questionnaires. Results VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group with statistical significance （P<0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group， and the satisfaction on nursing was higher than that of the control group， which were statistical significantly （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of humanized nursing intervention to general surgery patients in nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications， relieve the pain， shorten the hospital stay， which is of great significance on program promotion.

普外科是外科系统最大的专科，具有病情复杂，工作量大的特征。手术治疗时，患者先要接受系列检查，同时面对新的治疗环境，难免会有各种心理和生理上的不适感，直接影响手术操作及效果[1]。临床上对普外科手术患者的围术期护理予以重视，合理有效的临床护理措施能起到良好的治疗辅助作用，使患者的生理、心理上均得到良好的护理，以提高对患者的治疗效果。人性化护理主要将有现代化的护理理念融入到临床护理中，在整个的护理内容上更具有个性化，更能体现创造性，从生理上、心理上为患者提供更为优质的护理服务，也更体现了以人为本的临床护理理念。本研究选取普外科手术患者进行分析，对部分患者实施人性化护理干预，取得显著效果，在提升护理满意度的同時，降低了患者术后并发症发生率，现报道如下。
