摘 要：森林康养作为一种森林资源开发的新业态，其服务内容涉及到休闲、度假、娱乐、养生、运动、旅游以及健康养老等多个方面，是我国发展大健康产业的新模式，具有广阔的发展空间和市场前景。该文以朱雀国家森林公园为背景，重点探讨了森林公园的优势条件以及发展森林康养的思路。

A Study of Developing Forest Conservancy Based on Forest Park Planning

Abstract：Forest conservancy is a new form of development in forest resources. Its service involves leisure，vacation，entertainment，health maintenance，sports，tourism，and health care. It is a new model for the development of a large health industry in China with broad space for promotion and market prospects. This paper takes the Zhuque National Forest Park as the background and focuses on the advantages of forest parks and the ideas for the development in forest conservancy.

1 森林康養的概念及发展

1.1 森林康养的概念 森林康养依托于森林环境中丰富多彩的生态景观、绿色食品以及浓郁的森林养生文化等资源，同时搭配以完善的医疗服务和休闲养生设施，开展以修身养性、延缓身体衰老等为目的的森林保健、度假、休憩和疗养活动。在我国，森林康养作为一类新型产业，目前仍处于快速发育和成长阶段。为此，我国的森林康养模式应当积极借鉴以德国、美国为代表的发达国家优秀经验，以充分发挥森林疗养康复的自然功效为主要目的，建设相关的保健、运动、度假等配套基础设施，并且充分融合森林系统强大的综合功能以及健康服务功效，以便于更好地利用森林资源，服务于民众。

1.2 森林康养的发展历程 自从上世纪90年代以来，德国、美国以及日本等林业资源相对丰富的国家开始大力推动森林生态资源的共享，进而慢慢形成了以健康疗养、保健活动等为主要形式的森林康养产业，极大地提高了森林产业的经济效益，促进了森林经济的可持续发展模式。……
