【摘 要】

随着现代社会竞争压力的增加，肩周炎发病率愈来愈高、愈来愈普遍，逐渐成为困扰中年人动的障碍，怎样解决这类问题，是医学界的难点、热点，我们在临床上研究通过奇穴特效治疗肩周炎时发现利用郄穴法治疗肩周炎可以明显减轻患者疼痛和改善患肩的功能，提高临床疗效，而且方法简单，应在临床中推广普及，现总结如下。

Abstract ： With the increase of competitive pressure in modern society， the incidence of shoulder periarthritis is becoming higher and more common. It has gradually become an obstacle for middle-aged people to move. How to solve this kind of problems is a difficult and hot spot in the medical field. In clinical study， we found that the treatment of shoulder periarthritis with Qi acupoint special effect can obviously reduce the pain of patients and improve the function of affected shoulder， and the method is simple and should be popularized in clinic. These are summarized below.

1 概论

肩周炎又名“肩凝症”、“五十肩”。指肩关节周围由于运动牵拉或感受风寒外邪侵袭引起的一组症候群。以疼痛、功能障碍为主要症状，尤其是疼痛是最早出现的症状，贯穿始终，所以对于肩周炎的治疗止痛是首要任务。临床方法很多但效果欠佳，比如针刺、手法、穴位（或痛点）注射、热敷、口服药物等。一般均需要在治疗后配合肩关节的功能锻炼。作者有意把治疗（郄穴刺激）和功能锻炼结合起来同时进行取得了良好的效果。

“郄”有空隙之意（“郄”是“隙”字的异体）。郄穴是各经经气深聚的部位。十二经各有一个郄穴，阴维脉、阳维脉、阴蹻脉、阳蹻脉也各有一个郄穴，一共16个郄穴。除足阳明胃经的梁丘外，都分布在肘、膝关节以下。临床上郄穴多用于治疗急性病。

阳经郄穴多治急性疼痛，如颈项痛取足少阳胆经郄穴外丘，胃脘疼痛取足陽明胃经郄穴梁丘等。此外，郄穴亦有诊断作用，当某脏腑有病变时，可按压郄穴进行检查。

通过对郄穴用于痛证的文献资料进行总结、分析郄穴用于止痛的病症范畴及临床疗效，为研究其作用机理及推广该类特定穴在痛证中的使用提供依据。……
