【摘要】 目的：評价综合护理用于经尿道前列腺等离子切除术（PKRP）患者的临床效果。方法：选取2016年6月-2017年12月50例良性前列腺增生症（BPH）患者，均在腰硬联合阻滞下行PKRP，随机分为干预组和对照组各25例，对照组采用手术室常规护理，干预组实行综合评估、健康教育、心理护理、围术期快速康复护理、穴位按摩和家庭支持等综合护理，观察两组手术效果（术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间），比较两组国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS评分）和康复知识水平。结果：干预组术中出血量少于对照组，手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理前，两组IPSS评分和康复知识水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，干预组IPSS评分低于对照组，康复知识水平得分高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：综合护理可提高PKRP治疗BPH的手术效果，降低IPSS评分，提高康复知识水平。

【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate（PKRP）.Method：From June 2016 to December 2017，50 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group，with 25 cases each.The control group received routine nursing of operating room，the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing，such as comprehensive assessment，health education，psychological nursing，perioperative fast rehabilitation nursing，acupoint massage，family suppor.The operation effect（the amount of intraoperative bleeding，operation time and hospital stay） were observed in the two groups.The international prostate symptom scores（IPSS） and the level of rehabilitation knowledge were compared before and after nursing between the two groups.Result：The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group，the operation time and the time of hospitalization in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Before nursing，there were no significant differences in IPSS scores and the level of rehabilitation knowledge between the two groups（P>0.05）.After nursing，IPSS scores of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group，and the rehabilitation knowledge level score was higher than that of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing can improve the operation effect of PKRP in the treatment of BPH，reduce IPSS scores and improve the level of rehabilitation.

良性前列腺增生症（benign prostatic hyperplasia，BPH）是中老年较为常见的泌尿系统疾病，随我国老年社会来临，其发病率不断增多，影响日常生活质量。手术是BPH治疗的有效方法，其中经尿道前列腺等离子切除术（transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate，PKRP）是临床较为常用的手术方法，具有微创、出血量少、康复快等特点[1]，但患者多为老年人，其记忆力、认知能力、注意力等均影响术后康复知识的掌握。研究显示，护理干预可提高BPH手术的效果[2]，提高患者的护理依从性，降低术后并发症，改善生活质量[3]。手术室护理是PKRP治疗BPH不可缺少的重要环节，不仅对手术效果至关重要，而且还影响术后康复。本研究拟评价综合护理用于PKRP患者的临床效果，为手术室的护理提供借鉴。……
