Abstract：This article is the written record of the interview to Mr. Xu Qiuyang. The interview centered on the relation between the minority literature and Guizhou in the 20th century， combining with the literature activities for decades of the interviewee. He reviewed and considered literature enlightenment， self growth， highlights in literature， and writers as minority ethnic group， the connotation of minority literature， the development of minority literature in Guizhou province， combining his life experience with the time and flashing back to the past.

陈：先生您好！我看先生您生于1926年，已经91岁了，身体还这么硬朗，行动很利索。这次访谈，是缘于我的论文选题 “‘少数民族文学在贵州：20世纪的兴起与变迁”，一个是关于“民族”，一个是关于“文学”。您作为一个九十高龄的著名苗族作家，从民国到21世纪，一直成长、求学、工作和生活在多民族杂居的以贵州为中心的西南腹地。您当过记者、编辑，加入中国作家协会，出版过《山居鸟言录》《谢六逸评传》《李端棻传》《苗疆风云录》《闻鸟斋集》《蚩尤与中国文化》等6本专著。从您大半生的文学活动看，可以说您是20世纪以来贵州多民族文学发展的见证人。您可能是在世贵州作家中年龄最大的了，因此想找您了解一些别的作家所不了解的情况，具体说来，一方面是您所了解的贵州的民族状况，另一方面是关于您的写作，再一个方面是您对苗族文学及贵州少数民族文学的了解、看法等。

秋：我所了解的贵州苗族的历史状况，在我的笔下不止一次提及。诸如《瞭望金筑——贵阳文化的源头及其流变》一文。贵州是个多民族省份，其中的苗族一般被认为是蚩尤部族的后裔。在我的《蚩尤与中国文化》一书中，有关于我一生的经历。

我的接触文学，说起来话长，转了很多的弯子。最早，在年轻的时候是想出去，找出路。我为找出路外出求学。我1926年出生，童年时正是抗日战争时期，沦陷区有很多机关、学校往后搬迁到贵州都匀、麻江和独山来。……
