摘 要：俞正燮是清中晚期重要思想家，他直面时代问题，承续先贤思想，通过考据的方式厘清“师”之本意并定义“师”的职业内涵与职业规范；同时从考论“敬师”“师可敬”两方面出发，重塑师生伦理关系，避免教师职业的工具化，师生关系的功利化。俞氏就“师道”问题展开的探讨，对我们构建新时期“师道”观，完成传统道德文化的现代诠释，具有重要启示意义。

Abstract：Yu Zhengxie was an important thinker in late Qing dynasty. Faced with the problems of the times，He carried on previous thinking， through the way of textual criticism to clarify the definition of the original meaning of “Teacher” and defined the professional content and professional norms of the “Teacher” . At the same time from the discussion of “respecting masters” and “master is respectable”， he reshaped the Ethical Relations between Teachers and Students， avoiding teachers being treated as tools and the utilization of these relations. Yu s discussion on the issue of “Teachers profession” is of great enlightenment for us to construct the concept of “teachers profession” in the new period and to complete the modern interpretation of traditional moral culture.

雖然进入现代社会，教师职业已与传统社会中的“师”有极大差别，教师不仅是知识技能的传播者，还是学校的管理者、家长的代理人、生活中的模范公民，但是，传统“师道”仍是当代“师道”建设的源头活水和文化土壤，因此，探讨如何在新时期更好地从事师道建设，有必要从优秀的传统文化中汲取理论精髓和实践经验，有必要探讨传统师道现代转型的历史轨迹，从而为更好地建设当代师道师德提供借鉴和启示。

近年来，已有不少学者针对传统师道内涵、师道观变迁以及师道精神的现代化诠释等问题进行专题探讨研究，提供了不少研究成果。如陈桂生教授通过考察“师”职业内涵的变迁，阐释中国古代师资文化的要义，并向我们展示出社会结构变动、人伦关系调整等问题。[1]张自惠教授则详析先秦时期的教育伦理，力图通过辨析先秦典籍中关于“师”“师道”“师德”“师道尊严”等观念的论述，为当今转型期重构教育伦理提供理论资源。……
