摘要：

提升习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想“三进”的针对性和实效性，推进马克思主义中国化最新理论深入人心、落地生根需要形成协同运作机制。构建习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想“三进”协同机制，有助于打破课程壁垒，聚合各方力量，做好整体推进，增强实际效果，呈现出协同主体多元化、协同内容层次性、协同过程规范化、协同手段丰富性等特征。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想“三进”协同机制的构建路径包括：以育人渠道为基础形成渠道协同，以课程建设为抓手形成课程协同，以师资培训为根本形成队伍协同，以平台搭建为依托形成载体协同，以利益激励为导向形成动力协同。

An Exploration on Xi Jinpings “Three Entering” Cooperation Mechanism

of Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

Abstract：

Enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of the Xi Jinpings “Three Entering” of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era， promoting and rooting the latest theory of Marxs Sinicization are in need of forming a cooperative operation mechanism. The construction of the Xi Jinpings “Three Entering” cooperative mechanism of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era will help break the curriculum barrier， aggregate the strength of all parties， promote the overall process and enhance the actual effect. It shows the diversification of the coordination subjects， the multi￣leveled coordination content， the standardization of the coordination process， the abundance of cooperative means and other characteristics. To construct the cooperative mechanism of Xi Jinpings “Three Entering” of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new area， there are many ways including forming channel synergy on the basis of the channel of education， forming curriculum cooperation by curriculum construction， forming team synergy on the basis of teacher training， forming carrier synergy based on the platform building， and forming incentive synergy with the guidance of the benefit incentive.

黨的十八大以来，以习近平总书记为核心的党中央围绕坚持和发展中国特色社会主义、中华民族伟大复兴、全面建成小康社会提出一系列新思想新理念新战略，形成了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，成为新时代党和国家各项事业繁荣兴盛的指导思想与行动纲领。推进习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想进教材、进课堂、进师生头脑是当前加强和改进高校思想政治工作的一项重大政治任务。提升习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想“三进”的针对性和实效性，推进马克思主义中国化最新理论深入人心、落地生根需要形成协同运作机制，共同致力于“立德树人”的育人目标，确保广大师生在思想的武装中投身新时代、奋进新时代。……
