摘要：

全球化的现实和问题昭示着现代人类未来命运的大问题：现代人类将伦理地走向何方？在此追问下，全球化概念的形而上本真内涵在于“全球伦理化”，而“全球伦理”概念的基底可以在黑格尔的伦理哲学中发现。黑格尔所论述的最高伦理实体是国家，然而，根据黑格尔作为“单一物和普遍物的统一”的伦理概念，超越国家这一最高伦理实体的概念即“后国家伦理”的概念理路是内在地可以理证的，而这一点天然地与全球化的事实和伦理本质发生着深层共鸣。最后，对“后国家伦理”的经验证明可以在中国特色社会主义的“全球伦理实验室”那里找到。

Ethics and Global Ethics： on the Basis of the Study of

Hegels Ethic Philosophy and Chinas Experiences

Abstract：

The reality and problems of globalization reveals the significant problem related to the future of modern people： whats the future of ethics？ Under this circumstance， the metaphysical meaning of globalization lies in the globalization of ethics which is on the basis of Hegels ethic philosophy. Though the ultimate ethic entity is Hegels theory，according to his ethic conception “unity of the mono and the universal”， the post nation ethics as the conception surpassing nation which is the ultimate ethic entity， is provable， and can naturally arise the deepest resonance with both the reality and ethic nature. Last but not least， the experiences of post nation ethics can be found in global ethic laboratory characterized by socialism with Chinese characteristics.

倫理学的研究，除了目前为止的技术性操作层面的理论与实践研究外，难以看到能够相应于我们现在这个时代所达到的世界状况的概念前瞻性研究，因为至黑格尔为止，可以认为伦理学已经在理路上锁定于国家这一最高的伦理发展阶段。其他的例如康德，突出的是伦理学研究的理性思维技术。这意味着，对于这个世界所面临的总体状况，除了类似于社会批判理论那样的研究外，我们难以提出引领性的伦理学探讨，只能客观地止步于工具理性的影响之下，面对着国际事务和问题而难以设想概念可能的理论未来。如果说，目前为止的伦理学研究囿于西方特色的资本主义发展成就，那么中国十九大的召开及相应的举世瞩目这一事实则可能启示着伦理学超越西方范畴的一丝契机，而这一丝契机则昭示于中国的阶段性现代化成就以及颇有底气地向世界宣布的“中国方案”“中国智慧”和“人类命运共同体”概念。……
