摘 要：直饮水机的滤芯在关闭和开启房屋进水阀的过程中滤芯底盖发生爆裂。本文根据直饮水机滤芯底盖的材质和成分等特点，运用多种仪器设备对直饮水机滤芯进行综合分析，最终阐明了直饮水机滤芯底盖爆裂与底盖改性ABS的无机填料具有因果关系。本文所用的分析方法有助于科技人员根据失效模式的表象分析出具体的失效原因。

Abstract：The filter of the water dispenser burst in the process of closing and opening the water inlet valve of the house. This paper， based on the materials and components of direct water dispenser filters bottom cover and etc， by using a variety of instruments and equipment for integrated analysis of the direct water dispenser filters bottom cover， finally illustrates a causal relationship between the burst of water dispenser filters bottom cover and modified ABS inorganic filler of the bottom cover.Theanalysis method used in this paper is helpful for the scientific and technical personnel to analyze the specific failure reason according to the failure mode.

1 引言

直饮水机，顾名思义，就是对水进行过滤净化，使净化后的水可以达到直接饮用水标准的机器设备。它是属于家用电器中的一种，通过多级层层净化，使家庭生活中的自来水能够达到直饮饮用的效果。直饮水机的使用，给人们带来极大的生活便利。直饮水机的核心部件主要由净水器滤芯组成，而滤芯的盛水及耐水压冲击能力主要看滤芯壳体的材质，滤芯壳体一般主要由苯乙烯-丙烯腈-丁二烯共聚物（即ABS，以下简称ABS）制成。ABS为浅黄色颗粒状或珠球状不透明树脂，是丙烯腈（A）、丁二烯（B）、苯乙烯（S）三种单体的三元共聚物，三种单体相对含量可任意变化，制成各种树脂，它将聚丁烯，聚丙烯腈，聚苯乙烯的各种性能有机地统一起来。ABS无毒、无味、吸水率低，具有良好的综合物理机械性能，如优良的电性能、耐磨性、尺寸稳定性、耐化学性等，且易于加工成型。因此ABS塑料是目前产量最大，应用最广泛的聚合物之一，在机械、电气、纺织、汽车、飞机、轮船等制造工业及化工中获得了广泛的应用。……
