【摘 要】油气储运长输管线的安装安全不仅能够充分满足我国国民生活能源的需求，更能够推动我国经济的发展。因此，如果油气储运长输管线安装出现问题就会导致严重的安全事故。论文对油气储长输管线的安装缺陷以及事故处理进行详细分析，旨在提高我国油气储运长输管线的安装水平，提高油气储运。

【Abstract】The installation safety of long distance pipeline of oil and gas storage and transportation can not only fully meet the national energy demand in our country， but also promote the development of our economy. Therefore， if the installation of the long distance pipeline of oil and gas storage and transportation is faulty， it will lead to a serious safety accident. The paper makes a detailed analysis on the installation defects and accident treatment of the long distance pipeline of oil and gas storage and transportation. The purpose of this paper is to improve the installation level of the long distance pipeline of oil and gas storage and transportation， improve the oil and gas storage and transportation.

1 引言

当前，天然气和石油影响着世界经济的发展，并且石油和天然气已经成为能够改变国际形势的重要资源，随着世界各国油气产业的不断发展，我国也已经加快了油气业的发展，并且已经对油气管道运输的建设投入了大量的人力、物力和财力，尤其是油气的长输管道建设。油气的长输管道建设为油气长距离、跨地区的运输提供了极大的便利，但是，由于在油气运输长输管道建设时存在隐患，导致油气事故问题频繁发生。因此，为了有效的提高油气长线运输安全，就要提高油气储运长输管线的安装质量，并且提高我国油气储运长线管道事故处理能力，加强对油气储运长输管线的管理，才能保障我国油气储运长线运输的安全，进而提高我国油气业在国际中的地位。

2 保证油气储运长输管线安全的重要性

天然气以及石油已经成为当前经济发展以及国民日常生活中不可或缺的重要能源，但是我国国内的石油和天然气分布不均，进口的石油天然气数量的不断增加促使我国正在不断的进行油气运输工程规模的不断扩大和建设。……
