【摘 要】机场运行专业是2016年新开设专业，面对近年来民航业迫切的用人需求，人才培养方案作为人才培养的总体设计方案，对于人才质量起着决定性的作用。随着高职教育改革的不断深化，人才培养方案的开发要走校企合作、工学结合之路，建设以能力为本位，以职业岗位需求为依据，按照工作任务和工作情境构建专业学习领域和课程体系，发展学生综合职业素养，培养行业需要、社会需要的高素质技能型人才。

【Abstract】Airport operation specialty is a new major in 2016. In the face of the urgent employment demand of the civil aviation industry in recent years， the talent training plan， as the overall design plan for the training of talents， plays a decisive role in the quality of talents. With the deepening of the reform of higher vocational education， the development of talent training plan should follow the path of school enterprise cooperation and work integrated learning. Based on the ability oriented approach， and the needs of job positions， the construction of professional learning and curriculum system should be carried out according to the tasks and working situations， so as to develop students' comprehensive professional quality and cultivate high-quality skilled talents with industry needs and social needs.

1 人才培养方案制定的指导思想

人才培养方案是专业建设的核心内容，直接关系到院校人才培养的质量和水平，为促进高职院校机场运行专业建设，深化校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式改革，建设以能力为本位，以职业岗位需要和职业标准为依据，努力满足学生职业生涯发展的需求，按照实际工作过程和任务构建专业课程体系，培养社会需要的民航人才。

2 人才培养方案制定的过程

2.1 确定专业培养目标

本专业主要面向机场、航空公司等民航企业，根据机场岗位的需求，培养学生具备民航法律、民航服务礼仪、机场服务与安全工作的专业知识与技能，具备高度的社会责任感，良好的服务意识、心理素质、应变能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力的综合职业素养，能够完成航班运行与保障、客货运输、地勤服务、机坪日常维护和运行管理等工作的岗位能力的高素质技能型人才。……
