【摘 要】目前我国金融业中金融技术以及互联网金融技术的不断发展，使得我国目前存在的金融监管体制无法与当前金融业的深化发展相融合，在这一背景下，论文主要以国海证券“萝卜章”事件为例，对债券市场调整看金融监管体制的完善进行分析，首先论文简要叙述了2016年债券市场调整的特点，其次对2016年债券市场调整的原因进行分析。此次研究的主要目的是为完善我国金融监管体制提供良好的帮助，进而促进我国金融行业的不断发展。

【Abstract】At present， the financial technology and internet financial technology in China's financial industry are continuous developing， which have made the existing financial supervision system in our country difficult to integrate with the deepening development of the current financial industry. Under this background， taking the "turnip seal" of Sealand Securities as an example， the paper analyzes the perfection of financial supervision system from the adjustment of bond market. Firstly， the paper briefly expounds the characteristics of the adjustment of bond market in 2016. Secondly， it analyzes the reasons for the adjustment of bond market in 2016. The purpose of this paper is to provide better help for the perfection of the financial supervision system in our country， so as to promote the continuous development of financial industry in China.

1 引言

随着我国经济的发展以及金融行业的不断进步，在金融行业内已经进行了金融体制改革，以不断完善我国金融管理体制。由于经济全球化的影响和不断推动，使得我国金融相关业务在运行时更加自由化，另外我国的证券资产等业务也开始变得更加复杂，因此，我国传统的金融管理体制已经不能与当前的社会发展相适应。由于货币资产的不断变化，使得货币供应以及信贷业务增加了相应的难度，在这种局势下，美国、日本等其他国家已经相应的开始金融体制改革工作，而我国更要结合自身的发展需求以及国家发展现状对金融体制进行不断改革，积极探索出一种符合我国国情以及我国发展需求的金融管理体制。
