【摘 要】随着我国国民经济的高速发展和城市化进程的不断加快，市政基建项目和公用工程的建设进入新的发展阶段，为保障市政公用工程的质量与使用寿命，做好施工现场管理十分重要。论文简述了当前我国市政公用工程的发展情况，总结了市政公用工程在施工管理过程中存在的问题，并针对性地提出了解决方案，旨在通过分析施工现场管理中的不足，为推动市政公用工程施工管理，提升市政公用工程建设质量提供建设性意见。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our national economy and the acceleration of urbanization， the construction of municipal infrastructure projects and public works has entered a new stage of development. In order to ensure the quality and service life of municipal public works， it is very important to manage the construction site well. This paper briefly describes the development situation of municipal public works in our country， summarizes the problems existing in the construction management process of municipal public works， and puts forward the corresponding solutions. The purpose of this paper is to provide constructive suggestions for promoting the construction management of municipal public works and improving the construction quality of municipal public works by analyzing the shortcomings in the management of construction site.

1 引言

自21世纪以来，我国进入了基础设施建设的高速发展期，据境外媒体报道，仅2010-2015年期间我国投入到基建项目中使用的混凝土总量就超过了美国20世纪一百年的总和，而市政公用工程作为基建项目的重要组成部分，自然也受到社会各界的高度重视。对市政公用设施建设而言，施工现场管理的优劣直接关系到施工安全与项目的可靠性，因此，做好市政公用工程施工现场的管理对保障城市基建质量，优化市政公用工程体系具有重要意义。

2 我国市政公用工程发展情况

市政公用工程是市政基础设施建设的重要组成部分，也是城市发展的基础，包括交通、给排水、燃气、电力、环卫等一系列工程系统。市政公用工程不但是城市发展的动力，同时也是城际社会运转的润滑剂，如果市政公用工程的质量得不到保障，则城市的基本职能难以得到有效发挥，诸如给排水系统、交通系统、燃气系统等可谓是城市发展的生命线，是建设城市物质文明和精神文明的保证。……
