【摘 要】 目的：观察毛冬青煎液在妇产科术后腹部切口感染应用后效果。方法：选取妇产科手术后腹部切口感染病例80例，随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组行常规伤口处理，观察组用自制毛冬青液处理伤口，观察两组伤口愈合时间与红肿消退情况。结果：观察组伤口愈合时间比对照组明显缩短，伤口红肿消退快，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：毛冬青液外治妇产科腹部术后切口感染，能缩短愈合时间，红肿消退快，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To obsevve the treatment effect of decoction from pubescent holly root on red swelling and infection of postoperative abdominal incision of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 80 patients with postoperative abdominal incision infection were enrolled in，40 of the wound was washed with homemade pubescent holly root lotion while the same wound of another 40of the same period was treated with the routine method as control.The healing time of the two groups and the regression of redness and swelling were observed.Results Compared with the control， the wound healing time was significantly shorter and the red swelling reduced faster.The results were statistically significant （P <0.05）.Conclusion After the treatment of abdominal postoperative incision infection of obstetrics and gynecology with Chinese herbal medicine pubescent holly root lotion， the healing time was shorter， swelling reduced rapidly， and worth popularizing.

婦产科腹部手术切口感染是指术后伤口愈合时期细菌、真菌、病毒等病原体从伤口侵入，引发伤口、局部或全身性的炎症反应，是临床手术常见并发症[1]。伤口感染多伴随红肿症状，影响伤口愈合，且常规处理疗效不佳。中草药毛冬青具有活血通脉、消肿止痛、清热解毒功效[2] ，民间常应用毛冬青处理外伤、烫伤、溃疡久不愈合的伤口，疗效较好。基于此，笔者选取40例患者，观察毛冬青在妇产科术后伤口感染的临床应用，具体报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2014年6月至2017年6月我院治疗妇产科术后腹部切口感染患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组年龄18～59岁，平均年龄（36.45±11.94）岁；观察组年龄20～60岁，平均年龄（36.13±11.11）岁；伤口长度、深度以面积计算，对照组和平均（18.83±13.49）cm2，观察组切口平均面积（20.45±13.08）cm2。两组年龄、伤口长度、深度等一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 毛冬青水的制作 取生品毛冬青（叶和茎）250g加自来水2000mL浸泡30min，煮沸后，文火煎煮30min，后将残渣有效滤出，装入100mL消毒玻璃瓶内，经压力蒸汽灭菌后备用，有效期7d。……
