【摘 要】对高速公路养护工区建设和管理模式进行研究，有助于提高高速公路养护工区的使用价值，本文分析了高速公路养护工区建设和管理新特点，了解养护工区建设和管理中存在的问题，掌握养护工区的现实状况，推动交通行业的继续发展。

Talking about the Construction and Management of Freeway Maintenance Work Area

【Abstract】Research on the construction and management mode of freeway maintenance work area is helpful to improve the use value of freeway maintenance work area. This paper analyzes the new characteristics of freeway maintenance work area construction and management， and understands the problems in the construction and management of the maintenance work area. Grasp the reality of the conservation area and promote the continued development of the transportation industry.

1 高速公路養护工作建设和管理的必要性分析

近几年来，随着经济的不断发展，公路建设迅猛发展，公路网已逐步完善，目前公路养护总里程已超过新建里程，已有公路的养护投入也超过了新建公路投资，工作逐渐从侧重建设公路方面转变为侧重高速公路养护建设和管理方面。近些年的公路建设，国家公路建设能力逐步增强，已储备了基本的施工模式和施工能力，但公路养护能力和养护模式仍待提高和完善，面对高速公路线路长，养护需及时快捷，养护工区的建设成为公路养护的基地和中转站，因此养护工区建设和管理面临着前所未有的考验，也面临着新的机遇。由于养护管理体制和运行机制都会受到不同程度限制，发展比较落后，因此，加强各地的养护工作管理非常关键，有效地进行高速公路养护工区建设和管理，改革运行机制，也有利于保持高速公路的服务水平，合理进行管理，实现高质量、高水平的高速公路养护目标。
