【摘 要】职业教育集团是职业教育深化产教融合、校企合作的重要载体和有效途径。面对国家在产教融合、校企合作方面的政策红利，职业教育应该抢抓机遇，顺势而为，在职业教育集团化办学方面有所作为。本文在界定职业教育集团运行机制的基础上，回顾了我国职业教育集团的发展历程，分析了目前职业教育集团运行机制存在的问题，并提出相应的对策。

Analysis of the Operation Mechanism of Vocational Education Group

【Abstract】Vocational Education Group is an important carrier and effective way to deepen the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation in Vocational Education. Faced with the policy dividends of the state in the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation， Vocational education should seize opportunities， follow the trend and make a difference in vocational education. This article is based on the definition of the operating mechanism of the vocational education group， recalls the development of Chinas vocational education group， analyses the existing problems in the operating mechanism of the vocational education group， and propose corresponding countermeasures.

黨的十九大提出了“深化产教融合、校企合作”的要求；2017年12月，国务院办公厅出台了《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》，对深化产教融合工作进行了具体的部署；2018年2月5日，教育部等六部门联合印发了《职业学校校企合作促进办法》的通知，明确指出“职业学校主管部门应当会同有关部门、行业组织，鼓励和支持职业学校与相关企业以组建职业教育集团等方式，建立长期、稳定合作关系。职业教育集团应当以章程或者多方协议等方式，约定集团成员之间合作的方式、内容以及权利义务关系等事项。”职业教育集团是职业教育深化产教融合、校企合作的重要载体和有效途径。面对国家在产教融合、校企合作方面的政策红利，职业教育应该抢抓机遇，顺势而为，在职业教育集团化办学方面有所作为。另一方面，党的十九大做出了中国特色社会主义进入新时代的重大判断，在这一背景下高等职业教育办学也应适应新时代的要求，为社会发展培养高素质技能型人才，职业教育集团化办学便是高职创新办学体制和人才培养模式的重要方向。……
