摘 要：基于苏州市生产力促进中心和苏州光华科技促进中心的实践，对沙龙活动在技术转移中的应用进行研究，以期为公益类科技服务机构的技术转移服务模式和盈利模式提供借鉴。文中首先简述沙龙活动的筹备与组织流程，然后从技术转移面临的问题入手，剖析这种沙龙活动模式在技术转移中的优势，最后列举了活动成效及盈利模式。结果表明，这种沙龙活动取得了良好成效，且盈利模式清晰，是一种可复制、可持续、有深度的技术转移服务模式。

Abstract：Based on the practice of Suzhou Productivity Promotion Center and Suzhou Guanghua Science and Technology Promotion Center，the application of salon activities in technology transfer is studied in order to provide reference for the technology transfer service mode and profit model of public welfare science and technology service institutions.Firstly，the paper summarized the process of preparing and organizing the salon.Then，from the issue of technology transfer，the paper analyzed the advantages of this salon model in technology transfer.Finally，the paper listed the effect and profit models of salon activities.The results show that salon activities have achieved good results and clear profit models，and are a kind of replication，sustainable and deep technology transfer service model.

0 引 言

技術转移是指将制造某种产品、应用某种工艺或者提供某种服务的系统知识从技术供给方向技术需求方转移，包括科技成果、信息、能力（统称技术成果）的转让、移植、引进、运用、交流和推广[1]。技术转移是构建国家自主创新体系的关键环节，如何打通技术转移过程中存在的诸多瓶颈，加速科技成果的转移转化，已成为衡量我国经济能否可持续快速发展的重要指标。在此背景下，加快我国技术转移事业的发展步伐，就成为企业实现技术创新，增强竞争力的关键环节。

苏州自身经济基础雄厚、产业特色鲜明、创新需求旺盛，但本土的科技创新资源相对匮乏。作为苏州市科技局下属的公益类科技服务机构，苏州市生产力促进中心的重要工作之一就是举办各类技术转移对接活动，以达到为苏州企业搭建技术交流平台、引进科技成果、促进创新与转型升级的目的。……
