摘 要：本文通过专利检索和数据统计，以涉及油田用有机缓蚀剂的国内外专利文献为基础，对油气田用有机缓蚀剂领域的专利申请信息，如申请量、国家类别、申请人情况及技术分支等进行专利分析，以期为相关企业提供有价值的参考。

Research on Patent Technology of Organic Corrosion Inhibitor Applied in Oil Field

Abstract： Through patent search and data analysis， based on the domestic and foreign patent documents involved in oil field organic corrosion inhibitors， the patent application information in the field of organic corrosion inhibitor in oil and gas fields was analyzed， such as application quantity， country category， applicant situation and technical branch， in order to provide valuable reference for the related enterprises.

原油的开采、处理、输送等设备会与CO2、H2S及高盐组分等长期接触而遭受腐蚀，这不仅会造成生产装置破坏和油气泄漏等经济损失，而且存在污染爆炸等安全隐患。据统计，腐蚀给我国石油工业造成的损失约占行业总产值的6%，而采取合适的防腐措施，可挽回30%～40%的损失[1]。

缓蚀剂是在腐蚀环境中用于抑制金属腐蚀的添加剂，其具有可操性强、经济效益高、見效快、整体保护等优势，已成为油气田设备最有效的防腐手段之一[2]。目前，国内外使用的有机缓蚀剂种类繁多。本文旨在通过专利检索和数据统计，对油田用有机缓蚀剂领域的专利技术信息进行梳理和总结，以期为相关企业提供有价值的参考。

1 全球专利申请情况

从1949年关于油田用缓蚀剂的第一件专利申请（US2466517）算起，全球范围内针对油田用有机缓蚀剂技术的专利申请共600余件，从申请态势上看（见图1），全球有机缓蚀剂的专利申请经历了3个主要阶段：①缓慢增长期（1949—2003年），有机缓蚀剂的申请量基本维持在个位数，但整体呈现缓慢增长的趋势，特别是进入20世纪90年代后增长趋势……
