摘要：以北京电子科技职业学院为对象，从教学与社会服务捆绑，凸显专业辐射能力；加强实训基地建设，探索产学研用合作模式；建立“校企互融”人才培养模式，实现校企的深度合作；扩大国际交流与合作，培养高素质国际化技能人才等四个方面，探讨了我院如何立足北京经济技术开发区，面向首都区域经济，围绕北京高端产业发展的需求，将学院建设成为北京现代制造业、高新技术产业和现代服务业的高技能创新型人才培养基地，真正成为国内一流前列的高职示范校，首都的窗口校。

北京电子科技职业学院在经历了半个世纪职业教育发展历程之后，现已发展成为首都北京办学规模最大的高职学院，也是北京经济技术开发区唯一一所高职学院。立足北京经济技术开发区，面向首都区域经济，围绕北京高端产业发展的需求，以十八大提出的科学发展观为指导，走自主创新道路、以创新驱动发展战略为动力、以创新体系为制度的理论指导下，在示范校这个高的平台上，秉承“求实”、“创新”、“厚德”、“重艺”的校训，踏实提升学院内涵和办学质量，根据经济发展变革的需要，与时俱进，本院以产学研用合作为平台、以示范校重点专业为支柱、不断创新人才培养模式和课程开发体系，扩大国际交流与合作，培养高素质国际化技能人才，将学院建设成为北京现代制造业、高新技术产业和现代服务业的高技能创新型人才培养基地，走出一条特色优质高职示范院校的发展之路，真正成为国内一流前列的高职院校，首都的窗口校。……
