[摘要]目的 研究后路椎弓根螺钉置入修复术对老年脊柱退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者疼痛数字评分（NRS评分）、功能障碍指数评分（ODI评分）的影响。方法 选取我院2014年7月～2016年7月收治的78例老年脊柱退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者作为研究对象，根据患者的治疗方法分為对照组（38例）和观察组（40例），对照组患者进行保守治疗，观察组患者进行后路椎弓根螺钉置入修复术治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗优良率为92.86%，显著高于对照组的71.05%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗前的NRS评分、ODI评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗1个月后，观察组患者的NRS评分、ODI评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 后路椎弓根螺钉置入修复术对老年脊柱退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者的治疗效果较好，可有效缓解患者的疼痛度，改善腰椎功能障碍，安全性好，临床推广应用价值高。

Clinical effect of posterior pedicle screw placement in the treatment of patients with senile spinal degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis

[Abstract]Objective To study the effect of posterior pedicle screw placement on pain digit score （NRS score） and disability index score （ODI score） in elderly patients with spinal degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods From July 2014 to July 2016，78 cases of senile spinal degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the treatment of the patients，they were divided into the control group （38 cases） and the observation group （40 cases）.Patients in the control group were treated with conservative treatment，and patients in the observation group were treated with posterior pedicle screw placement.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of the observation group was 92.86%，which was significantly higher than the control group of 71.05%，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.The NRS and ODI scores of the two groups were not significant before the treatment（P>0.05）.After one month of treatment，the NRS score and ODI score of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion Posterior pedicle screw placement prosthesis for elderly patients with spinal degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis disease treatment effect is better，which can effectively reduce the pain of patients，improve the lumbar vertebral function obstacle，with good safety，high clinical application value.

退行性腰椎管狭窄症是临床上常见的一种脊柱外科疾病，主要症状包括腰腿痛、乏力、下肢麻木、感觉障碍等，有些患者还会出现间歇性跛行，于患者及其家庭均有不良影响[1]。临床资料显示，治疗脊柱退行性腰椎管狭窄症的方法主要有保守治疗和手术治疗两种，前者治疗费用低廉，但很难真正纠正狭窄程度，且复发率高，预后效果较差，后者价格昂贵，但可有效缓解患者的临床症状，降低复发率[2-3]。本文选取78例老年脊柱退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者作为研究对象，旨在探讨这两种治疗方法对于退行性腰椎管狭窄症的效果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
