[摘要] 目的 对高龄肿瘤合并糖尿病患者使用全方位的手术护理，能够提供比较好的护理效果。方法 根据该院2015年11月—2017年1月接收的肿瘤合并糖尿病高龄患者的临床手术护理情况来进行分析研究，探讨患者的术前准备，心理护理，出血控制，生命体征观察等一系列的术中护理内容，总结归纳。结果 全部患者接受手术治疗之后均获得了比较好的手术效果，手术顺利的完成。结论 高龄肿瘤合并糖尿病患者接受手术全面细致的护理能够确保患者顺利的度过手术安全期，让患者的手术效果获得提升，临床中值得推广使用。

Intraoperative Nursing Experience in Exploring Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective The use of comprehensive surgical care for elderly patients with diabetes can provide better care results. Methods According to the clinical surgical care of elderly patients with diabetes admitted from November 2015 to January 2017 in this hospital， the patient's preoperative preparation， psychological care， bleeding control， and observation of vital signs were analyzed. The content of intraoperative care is summarized and concluded. Results All patients received better surgical results after surgical treatment and the operation was completed smoothly. Conclusion The comprehensive and meticulous nursing of elderly patients with diabetes can ensure that the patient can successfully survive the period of safe operation， so that the patient's surgical results can be improved， and it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.

目前，肿瘤疾病一直都是医学领域关注的焦点，有很多的多发疾病，常见疾病都是肿瘤疾病，是居民死亡的头两位疾病，对生命健康产生了非常大的威胁[1-3]。糖尿病属于临床中比较多见的内分泌疾病，根据我国的卫生部数据研究表明，我国糖尿病患者的发生率是3%，总人数达到了2 300万[4]。糖尿病是世界上的难题，是在肿瘤和心血管疾病之后对人类危害性较大的慢性疾病[5]。2015年11月—2017年1月间选取该院收治的6例高龄肿瘤合并糖尿病患者来进行手术护理研究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取该院收治的6例高龄糖尿病合并肿瘤患者进行分析，其中男5例、女1例，年龄76～83岁。直肠癌1例，肾上腺嗜络细胞瘤1例，C3～4脊髓瘤1例，贲门癌1例，上颌骨癌1例，喉癌1例。糖尿病病程5～30年，诊断符合1999年WTO糖尿病的诊断标准。……
