[摘要] 目的 探讨糖尿病患者实施饮食及生活护理干预对血糖控制效果的影响。方法 选取2017年1月—2018年1月该院诊治糖尿病患者80例，单纯给予血糖控制药物治疗和常规护理者40例归为对照组，加施饮食及生活护理干预者40例归为观察组，对两组血糖控制效果进行分析比较。结果 干预后观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平分别达到了（6.3±1.4）mmol/L、（5.5±2.0）mmol/L、（4.7±0.7）%，较干预前明显改善，与干预后的对照组相比改善情况也更佳，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对糖尿病患者实施饮食及生活护理干预有利于血糖的稳定，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of dieting and life nursing intervention on the blood glucose control of diabetes patients. Methods 80 cases of diabetes patients diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected， and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each the control group used the blood glucose control and drugs， and routine nursing， while the observation group used the dieting and life nursing intervention， and the blood glucose control effect was analyzed and compared. Results After intervention， the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group respectively reached（6.3±1.4）mmol/L，（5.5±2.0）mmol/L， （4.7±0.7）%，which were obviously improved compared with those before intervention， and the improvement situation was better after intervention compared with that in the control group， and the difference was obvious（P<0.05）. Conclusion The dieting and life nursing intervention in diabetes patients is conductive to the stability of blood glucose， and it is worth promotion and application.

糖尿病是一组代谢紊乱的综合征，病理表现为蛋白质、水、电解质紊乱，属于一种终身慢性疾病[1]。近些年随着人们饮食的改变，精神压力的增加，以及超重和肥胖人群的增多，糖尿病的发病率逐年上升。对于糖尿病患者主要是让患者接受药物治疗，但是单纯的药物治疗不能很好的控制血糖，也要针对性对其进行饮食生活上的护理，以巩固治疗效果，更好地控制血糖。为探讨对糖尿病患者进行饮食及生活护理干预对血糖控制效果的影响，该文选取了80例患者随机进行分组对照研究，研究如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

将该院诊治的80例糖尿病患者纳入该次研究，以单纯降糖藥物治疗及常规护理为对照，在此基础上实施饮食、生活护理干预的归为实验组。对照组40例患者性别构成比为男：女=22：18，年龄最小者43岁，最大者75岁，平均（59.4±11.3）岁，病程长者10年，短者3年，平均（6.6±1.2）年；……
