[摘要] 目的 研究分析妊娠糖尿病孕妇接受心理护理联合运动治疗的临床效果，对孕妇妊娠结局受到的影响进行研究分析。方法 选取2015年12月—2016年12月该院接收的130例妊娠糖尿病孕妇是此次研究对象，将她们分成传统组和联合组，均有65例，对两组的妊娠结局进行统计分析。结果 传统组患者及联合组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。联合组有1例妊高症、1例宫内窘迫、1例羊水异常。传统组有3例妊高症，2例羊水异常，3例新生儿窒息。差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.188，P=0.041）。结论 心理护理和运动护理对于妊娠糖尿病孕妇的护理效果比较好，可以改善妊娠结局。

[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of mental nursing combined with kinesitherapy on the gestational outcome of delivery women with gestational diabetes. Methods 130 cases of delivery women with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 65 cases in each， the gestational outcomes were statistically analyzed. Results The differences in the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2h blood glucose between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05），and in the combined group， there was 1 case with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome， 1 case with intrauterine distress and 1 case with amniotic fluid abnormality， in the traditional group， there were 3 cases with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome， 2 cases with amniotic fluid abnormality， and 3 cases with asphyxia neonatorum， and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（χ2=4.188，P=0.041）. Conclusion The effect of mental nursing and kinesitherapy in the delivery women with gestational diabetes is better， which can improve the gestational outcomes.

妊娠期糖尿病是妊娠期的高發并发症，孕妇在妊娠阶段初次表现出糖耐量异常症状。妊娠期糖尿病是高危妊娠状态，会引起母婴并发症，出现不良妊娠结局。妊娠期糖尿病患者很容易出现不良心理，导致患者的血糖控制受到影响，对母婴结局造成影响。改善孕妇血糖和不良心理的控制效果，能够有助于降低并发症，改善母婴结局。现代人的生活水平越来越高，孕妇的营养过剩，导致了妊娠期糖尿病患者的发病率越来越高，是现在妊娠期的高发并发症，对母婴健康有非常大的威胁。现在临床中对于血糖的控制主要是药物、饮食、运动和心理等[1]。该次于2015年12月—2016年12月就该院的65例妊娠糖尿病孕妇的心理护理和运动治疗效果进行研究分析，现有以下报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取该院对妊娠糖尿病患者130例进行了研究分析。纳入标准：妊娠期糖尿病孕妇，通过OGTT：75 g糖耐量试验检测，存在空腹血糖≥5.1 mmol/L，餐后1 h血糖≥10.0 mmol/L，餐后2 h血糖≥8.5 mmol/L中一项的妊娠期孕妇；……
