[摘要] 目的 研究社区糖尿病患者采用药物、饮食、运动联合疗法的治疗效果与应用价值。方法 选择2017年1月—2018年1月该院所收纳的糖尿病患者74例，根据患者入院时间分为实验组与参照组，每组均为37例。参照组采用常规药物治疗模式，实验组在此基础之上联合饮食控制与运动疗法，对比2组患者治疗后血液生化指标及临床治疗效果。结果 实验组血液生化指标明显优于参照组，实验组糖尿病治疗总有效率（89.19%）高于参照组（54.05%），组间差异有统计学意义。结论 社区糖尿病患者采用药物联合饮食控制、运动疗法具有临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical value of drugs combined with dieting control and exercise therapy on the community diabetes. Methods 74 cases of diabetes patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 37 cases in each， the control group used the routine drugs， while the experimental group used the dieting control and exercise therapy， and the blood biochemical indexes and clinical treatment effect after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The blood biochemical indexes in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group， and the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （89.19% vs 54.05%）， and the difference between groups was statisticaly significance. Conclusion The clinical value of drugs combined with dieting control and exercise therapy in patients with community diabetes has a clinical application value.

当前人民群众生活品质有所提升，饮食与生活习惯发生了转变，糖尿病发病几率随之而提升，发病群体年龄下降。糖尿病作为慢性内分泌疾病，临床中治疗糖尿病尚无有效方式，患者往往需要终身服药控制血糖指标，因此，大部分糖尿病患者均需在院外实施家庭药物治疗，单纯依靠药物治疗效果具有一定局限性，无法合理控制患者血糖[1]。糖尿病与患者生活习惯有关，通过优化糖尿病患者生活习惯能够提高其药物治疗效果，其中最主要的优化方向为饮食和运动方面，采用饮食控制、运动疗法调整患者的生活习惯，使其更为科学的进行日常饮食及运动，极大提升了药物治疗效果[2]。本研究针对药物联合饮食控制、运动疗法于社区糖尿……
