摘要：进入二十一世纪后，通信工程得到了快速的发展，给人们的生活带来了巨大的便利。通信工程的发展标志这人类文明有上了一个新的台阶，可以使人们更多日常需求得到快速实现，但是，时代在快速的发展和进步，人们的物质和精神需求要越来越难以满足，所以，必须对通信工程项目进行一些改进，才能适应时代发展的潮流，才能满足人们不断上升的需求标准。

Abstract： after entering the twenty-first Century， communication engineering has developed rapidly， and has brought great convenience to people's lives. The development of communication engineering is a sign that human civilization has a new step， which can make people more and more daily needs to be realized quickly. However， in the rapid development and progress of the times， the material and spiritual needs of people are more and more difficult to meet. 1 通信工程的特點

1.1 工期紧迫

通信工程项目落实的过程中需要对诸多不同的通信线路予以布设，这使得工作量较大，随着工作时间的不断增长，通信工程的应用将持续被延后，相应的通信工程所创造的经济效益就会被减少。所以，为了尽快的使通信工程能够发挥作用，满足人们的应用需求，创造较高的经济效益，工程建设所定制的工期较短，相应的整个通信工程推进就显得尤为紧迫。

1.2 通信工程建设存在诸多不确定因素

通信工程结构是非常复杂的，在具体进行工程建设的过程中需要技术人员严格按照技术标准来展开作业，但是很多时候还是不可避免的遭受到各种因素的影响，如环境、人员、施工、线路布设等，导致通信工程建设效果不佳。所以说，通信工程建设存在诸多不确定因素无可厚非。
