摘 要：文章介绍了基于物联网技术的水厂设备在线监测信息化管理平台架构。通过该综合管理平台，建立各个智能化监控子系统间的协调与联动，及时发现并消除水厂生产过程中的各类安全隐患，对原水生产中的人、机、物、料、安全等事件的全过程智能化监测与管控，实现智慧供水，保障城市供水安全。

Abstract： This paper introduces the information management platform architecture of on-line monitoring of water plant equipment based on Internet of things technology. Through the integrated management platform， the coordination and linkage among various intelligent monitoring and control subsystems are established， and all kinds of safety hidden dangers in the production process of the water plant are found and eliminated in time. The whole process of intelligent monitoring and control of human， machine， material， material and safety events in raw water production can realize intelligent water supply and ensure the safety of urban water supply.

1 水廠设备在线监测信息化管理平台架构

上海城投原水青草沙原水厂生产设备在线监测信息化管理平台是基于物联网搭建的共性平台，是典型的物联网三层架构，由感知层、网络层和应用层组成[1]。其中感知层主要由集成了传感、数据收集、处理和无线通讯能力的传感器组成，实现对水厂生产现场的设备和人员实时在线信息采集功能。网络层主要实现信息的传输，一般包括接入层和核心层，这是智能供水物联网中相对独立的部分。布置在现场的信息采集节点上传数据到骨干节点，骨干节点通过网关接入核心网，从而将数据传送至中心控制站。应用层集成多种通信协议、良好的图形化人机交互界面和完备稳定的数据库，主要以被监测设备为对象，接收与被监测设备相关的数据，并对数据进行存储、分析和处理。应用层的数据处理主要实现网络层与水厂应用服务间的接口和数据调用，实现对设备运行状态的监控，并对可能出现的故障做出预判评估。……
